Cozy, clean, and conveniently located to Bozeman and Big Sky. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Also loved the collection of board games, DVDs, and VHS tapes along with wifi and streaming options. A nice surprise was that the full sized bedrooms downstairs each had their own sink/mirror, which is a nice way to keep everyone from feeling like they need extended access to the bathroom to get ready. Our host was also kind enough to greet us upon arrival and had a beautiful Christmas tree decorated for our December stay. Would definitely enjoy this little oasis again in the future!

Great location and house

We really enjoyed the stay at this house. It was conveniently located near town but wasn't in the middle of the busy town. Huge yard the kids loved to play in the snow. Cooked some steaks one night on the bbq pit and it was seriously one of the best stocked kitchens ever. Would stay again.

A great place to stay

Cobb Hill Cottage is a great place to stay. My family & I had plenty of space and the newly updated kitchen is fantastic! It's quiet & secluded and yet, is only about 10 minutes from downtown Bozeman. It made the week of our daughter's graduation from MSU an absolute memorable week. I will definitely look this one up again when I come back out west.

This house was very clean. It was very well stocked with everything we needed. Its was located in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to everything we visited. The living room was upstairs and pretty small, 5 adults could not sit comfortably in this area. The stairs were steep and low headroom entering the livingroom from the staircase. The dinning room was nice sized and had comfortable seating. The kitchen worked will for us. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Early check in allowed us more time to enjoy first day in Bozeman and attend Rodeo (Bozeman Stampede) without rushing. Centrally located to everything we did…Downtown Bozeman, Yellowstone, Three Forks, Bozeman Airport. Views of the mountains and back yard with fire pit and grill for cookout! Comfortable beds and Hot Tub! Amazing stay! Perfect for families or couples. Will be back!

GREAT HOST

The property was what I expected. House was in convenient location near hot springs & town of Bozeman. It was about an hour drive to Big Sky. We didn't mind drive, because it is a beautiful drive. One thing I did not expect... the host was AMAZING! She was very helpful & accommodating. She checked on us a couple of times to make sure our needs were met & that we were happy. I would definitely stay again!

Amazing Bozeman Cottage

We had a wonderful stay! The home was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 with 3 young kids. The pictures don't even do it justice. The yard is beautiful, perfectly landscaped, very spacious and extremely peaceful with room for the kids to run and play or just relax. The hot tub was amazing! It felt very private while still having a beautiful view of the yard and mountains beyond the fence!! The home was well stocked and spacious. The host was very responsive and helpful. Located about 10 minutes from downtown Bozeman, it is close enough to everything but just far enough away to be in a peaceful country setting. This is the perfect place to stay for a trip to Bozeman and a great launching point for exploring all of South West Montana in general. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent VRBO and host

We flew in from Louisiana for my daughter's engagement and for vacation. The house was wonderful with more amenities than we could ask for. With a week of bad weather and the eventual closure of Yellowstone we had to modify our plans. We used the hot, tub, grilled and played games in the large back yard. When weather was OK we were able to make some day trips and returning to the house in the evening provided the perfect cool down from the days' activities. Teresa (our host) was very gracious and available for anything we needed; however, the house was so well prepared that we didn't need anything. We were traveling with our two daughters and their boyfriends and even though we were unable to do some of our vacation plans they were never bored at the house and thoroughly enjoyed the park-like back yard and spending time at the house. We would absolutely consider staying here again and recommend this VRBO. Thanks Teresa.

Peaceful setting!

This home is a quiet and peaceful getaway. It’s close enough to town that you can easily enjoy the shops, restaurants and activities, but when you return it feels like you’re far away from everything. The house is comfortable and the yard is a spacious oasis. Teresa is a very gracious hostess.

We liked the spacious rooms and bathrooms both floors. Kitchen is commodious and easy to use. Laundry machines are a plus.. Landscape is creative and immaculate. Liked the location. The upstairs bedroom needs an A/C vent. I could have benefited from less materials blowing out of the cotton wood trees.

Great property and location. From the time we got to the house, i was very pleased with everything it had to offer. The house is very comfortable with large bedrooms and a great kitchen and dining room area. The house had all the amenities i could have needed with plenty of room to relax. If you are traveling with family and/or friends, the back yard would be the place to hang out. Beautiful layout with so much room and privacy. Teresa is such a wonderful host and made sure i knew to contact her if there were any issues or needs. Fortunately I had everything I needed.

Summer and winter outdoor recreation is second nature: horseback riding, hiking, camping, biking, river, and lake water sports, alpine and nordic skiing, sledding, ice skating, and snowmobiling. I moved to Bozeman to attend college and found more sunshine and all my favorite sports and nightlife right here and stayed. I am a mother of two and now a grandmother of 2 wonderful grandsons. I have worked hard for what I have built and am proud to offer my home to you.

I purchased this property because of the beautiful 100-year-old willow trees that surround the home. Also, the location is just right: not too far but close enough for adventure in all directions, and town is just over the rise.
