All new floors, all new lights and completely renovated bathroom just redone for ski season 2017/2018.

Location, location, location!! A 10-15 minute walk into lionshead, about a mile to the center of vail village and steps from the free Vail bus.

This beautiful condo is located in sandstone.

Fully stocked kitchen, closets with lots of sheets and towels, wine fridge for your use, private porch area and backyard with private hot tub- hot tub is just yours- not shared with anyone else , master bedroom with queen bed, dressers, night stands and Bose CD player. 2 flat screen tv's both with dvd players, stone gas fireplace in main room , main room with queen size pull out leather sofa bed. This is a no smoking unit- no smoking inside unit or on porch or backyard, additionally Hoa does not allow smoking in any common areas such as stairwell etc.

One reserved parking spot in the front of the building, but a car is not necessary given the location and that you are right on the free bus line. Only one spot- parking lot is not able to accommodate trailers, one space can accommodate SUV or smaller.

This is my home away from home, and one of my favorite places in the world- VAIL. We check in and deep clean at least once every month and ensure the place is extremely well maintained and very clean.

This property is so much fun- walking distance to so much, right across the street from lions head village, with many restaurants, bars, ski lifts, shops. The condo was most recently renovated in 2017 including completely redone bathroom and new ceramic cooktop stove. There is your own private porch on ground level and your own private yard overlooking sandstone creek and your own hot tub.

Great ski condo

Great location and significantly less expensive than condos a short walk away. The private porch and spa overlooking the creek was soothing and beautiful. There is a very high quality bed / mattress which made for a good night sleep before a full day of skiing.

We enjoyed easy access to lionshead village by walking over the pedestrian bridge which took about 10 minutes by foot.

The kitchen had everything we needed to make a good quality meal but it was also within walking distance to some of the best restaurants.

Stayed here Labor Day weekend. It was the perfect place for my wife and I. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to Vail Village and Lionshead Village. Centrally located for driving west to Glenwood Springs for a day of fun. Nice scenic drives north and south. As for the condo it was very nice. Very clean. Well kept. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was great! Super nice neighbors who readily gave information on places to eat and hike. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent property!!!

We had a great stay at this condo. The condo is immaculate and very well taken care of. Amazing private hot tub which was so nice to come home to after skiing all day. Owners were very easy to work with and very helpful. We plan on returning and recommend others to do the same!

This is a GREAT property!

For the needs of my son and I, I couldn't ask for a better property. This unit is very well maintained, and is right across the street from the Vail transit system bus stop. This unit is in the center of everything. Walking distance to Lion's Head and about a mile to Vail Village. Close to shopping and our preferred dining. We are skiers, not summertimers in Vail, but I could only assume, with the above mentioned qualities, that this unit would be a GREAT summertime unit too!! We love Vail and we will stay here again. Owners were GREAT!! Thanks for your hospitality!!

Great place!

Excellent property. Perfect location (right next to Vail bus stop, Safeway just down the road). Engaged owner. Private hot tub and fire place were definitely nice amenities. We would definitely return!
