We had a wonderful stay at this Vail condo — it truly felt like a Christmas paradise. The location was incredibly convenient, with an easy-to-access bus stop just steps away, making getting around Vail effortless. We also loved having the market nearby for quick groceries and essentials. Everything about the condo was comfortable, cozy, and perfect for a holiday getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vail, especially during the holidays.

Excellent location close to Vail Village but for half the price as hotels in Vail Village. Very clean and the owner is very quick to respond to any questions you may have. We will book this property next time we are in Vail.

The property had not been cleaned at check in time. We immediately contacted the property owner who told us that we would have to wait until the next day to have it cleaned. We had to clean dirty towels, a dirty kitchen, a dirty bathroom and changed and wash the sheets the first night because we had nowhere else to stay. The property owner verbally offered a one night refund then only sent half of one night’s cost. Multiple attempts to reach the owner to get the rest of the refund or attempted through both myself and VRBO to no avail. I attempted to reach the property owner for 10 days after I returned home to secure the rest of the refund however, he said he would provide a refund and never did. VRBO also continued to try to contact him for up to 10 days without any success. There was no remote control for the television so we had no TV for our entire stay. The owner said he would have one shipped to us however it arrived on the morning that we were checking out. The sheets had tears in both sets and the unit had some damages however, we would’ve overlooked all of that. Had the unit been clean and had the owner followed up with us with a refund as requested and promised. While, the location and access to the bus stop to get to the slopes is good. I would not rent from this owner in this future. I do not like to leave negative feedback however I feel like I’ve been left no choice Renters beware….

Good appartment, good location

This was a good size apartment for a family of 3, It could fit a couple more since the sofa-bed has a good size. The kitchen is well equipped, so are the bathroom and main room. The location is great; the bus stop is just across the street and it takes you to another stops where there are grocery stores or to Vail Village where you can also connect to Lions head.The communication with the management team was good, they helped to fix a thermostat issue.

Needs more.

The place itself is ok but it needs more items. There were only three mugs, four bowls, two tea towels, no washcloths in the bathroom, no table lamps in the bedroom, etc… For $100 bucks this place would be more welcoming.

Did not live up to expectations or price

The unit was very poorly stocked with necessary items, such as conditioner. The comforter was ripped in multiple places and the bed in general was very low quality. The coffee machine was not properly cleaned before our arrival and had mold sitting in it. This was very unpleasant overall and especially for the price we paid for just two nights. We are very disappointed with our stay

Location is the question

For me, the location was not good because it is near the highway and also right next to the main East Vail road. So traffic is loud. I was hoping for a quiet place so it did not meet that goal. The unit is part of a apartment building and the walls area thin so you can hear next door and certainly people above. Washer and dryer were not accessible as the door was locked. There was not something to put clothes or luggage on other than the floor. (or hang what you can in closet) TV and furniture were good. Kitchen set up tight but ok.

Luxury of your home far away from home

Nice, clean apartment close to bus stop and walking distance to a grocery store. Good place for a winter vacation in Vail if your are a skier.

Cute little place for 2 right off trail for walking, biking or hiking. Nice patio for some sun time. Bus stop route is within walking distance.

Perfect for weekend getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend away for some skiing. Kitchen is stocked ok ( not great) for simple cooking, has a fireplace but we didn’t use it(have to bring your own wood). Ample closet space for clothes and a great basic bathroom. Perfect for the price. Will definitely stay here again. It’s nice being right on the bus line to the village.

Great place

My son and I enjoyed staying here on our recent ski weekend. The bus stop is literally 30 steps from the door. It was clean and comfortable. Only issue was it said there was local cable... there is not. There’s a smart tv to watch Netflix etc but no cable. Other than that all good.
