Beautifully furnished home and fully stocked kitchen with all updated cooking amenities. Cable/ high speed Internet with full premium channels and DVR(BR) and flat screen TV's in living room, kitchen and all 3 bedrooms. Phone with unlimited calling within US and Canada/Mexico. Pool service weekly and housekeeper every 2 weeks included with rent. 2 car garage with 3rd space for golf cart parking. Plenty of parking within complex for guest. 4 community pools-heated all year long. Nearest community pool only 4 townhouses away. Property sits on 4th fairway of Pete Dye-Westin resort golf course with Northeast mountain views. All utilities paid. Recently resurfaced pool patio, new pool heater, new patio furniture with spare set in garage for extra guest. Patio heater new in 2016 and new patio furniture in 2018 .New king mattress in upstairs master with new Twin Sleeper Sofa. New electric garage doors installed in late 2015.

Our second winter season here and things couldn't have been more perfect. The setting is wonderful, the house has everything you could ever need and more, the neighborhood is great and the owners are awesome. We look forward to returning again next winter.

The listing for this property was very accurate, we were not disappointed. The home was very clean and well maintained.The house is well equipped, the location is fabulous, the community is so friendly and the homeowners are awesome. The location of the property is centrally located, close to downtown Palm Springs and the surrounding communities.
The homeowners were very responsive to any of our questions. We felt so very welcome the minute we walked into the home. We can't wait to return!
Overall, nice home to rent
This home has just about everything you need in a rented home. Great central location in the valley, private pool, well-stocked kitchen, sleeps 5-6, 3 full bathrooms, full size laundry. Everything was very clean. Other than a couple of minor repairs needed to secure towel rods and TP holder, things were in good working order, and the owners were very responsive to our communication. We stayed a month, and there was weekly pool service and housecleaners came once.
Positives/Nice touches: Bottle of wine and chocolates with welcome note upon arrival, travel-size shampoo & conditioner in bathroom, as well as full liquid soap and lotion sets in each bathroom. Hummingbird feeder full upon arrrival. (It ran out and I cooked up my own hummingbird food with water and sugar to refill.) If you like to entertain there are lots of dishes and glassware and kitchenware/cooking needs; pot & pans, bakeware, stand mixer, blender, and even a deep fryer. Appliances appear relatively new. TV in every bedroom plus kitchen, all with cable. Wifi worked fine. Decent water pressure in showers. Large closets. Large grill outside.
Could be improved: Upstairs king mattress uncomfortable and unevenly worn, and four-poster bed is rickety. Creaks with every movement. (First floor master king bed very comfortable.) Could use more pillows in the house. Shower stalls are small with no shelf for shampoo, razors etc, so I bought racks to hang on shower head and left them there. (Too small/inconvenient to bend over and get shampoo off shower floor.) Bicycles in garage had flat tires, and golf clubs were very old and not good enough for a serious golfer. Would be nice to have a table on patio for eating outside. (There is a small umbrella table there but not big enough for more than 2 people & place settings.)
We would consider staying here again if the opportunity presents.
We very much appreciate the kind reviews and also appreciate any comments for improvements. We are addressing recommendations. Additionally, in process, is a significant kitchen remodel and additional interior and exterior upgrades to enhance future stays. We want all guest to be fully satisfied with their stay and want to return to this property.
Centrally Located 10 minutes from Palm Springs and Palm Desert. Several shopping retail and grocery centers within 1 mile of Mission Hills Resort.
