Inside the large walk in closet are shelves where there are several sets of towels and extra king-size bedding. The second bedroom en suite, has two twin beds which can be converted into a king size bed; with a spacious 4 drawer dresser, 40-inch flat screen TV, and a private full bathroom.

At this exclusive, gated community you will have full access to the heated pool with a 'calming' rock water fall, two jacuzzi spas, barbeque area with a gas grill and a fully-equipped work out facility with state of the art equipment and weights and a TV. Wonderful place to stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Donna's Grayhawk home. We stayed for two months while in between selling/ buying a home in the area. The location is ideal with great walking/path trails right outside the gate, close to freeways, and shopping. The McDowell Mountain views are lovely from many areas of the home including the back lower and upper decks.

Property was nice, clean, good location, convenient! Lots of road noise in the master bedroom, and downstairs closet could use a closet rod or hooks to allow hanging of coats, which were a necessity this January! :-( Overall great place, enjoyed ourselves!!

Pretty much perfect

Our favorite part of our stay is the deck/balcony. We love having our morning coffee and evening glass of wine sitting outside looking at the mountains. It's quiet (except for the street behind a wall, but you don't even notice that after awhile). You hear the birds and see roadrunners and bunnies! The dishes, towels, sheets, etc. aren't generic. Much thought was put into the decor. We stayed here for over a month and really enjoyed it. The location of this condo is so good. Five minutes from a main highway that takes you everywhere. Walking distance to Market St which has many good restaurants--not franchises or fast food. Will definitely stay here again!

COZY & RELAXING with daily view quails and rabbits

This spacious condo is fabulous and very well equipped with everything you would need for an extended stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed. All furnishings are top of the line. The gated community is quiet, safe, perfect location, upscale, clean, and quiet with nice neighbor. Sitting on either one of two patios has nice view of sunrise peeking behind the mountains. I stayed here for two half months. Donna was a great host, very accommodating, very responsive, and easy to work with. When there is a minor issue, she has someone available nearby to resolves it immediately which is extremely helpful. The water filer is a bonus. I would suggest that you get a better & stronger vacuum cleaner as the carpet are thick. By the way, feet feel comfortable on those carpets. Would love to rent this property again.

Very enjoyable stay.

Property was well situated in Tesoro. Because of condo orientation, access to sun bathing was available from dawn to dusk. A nice feature to enjoy time on the patio. Property was also well equipped with amenities and the upstairs/ downstairs layout was suitable for our need. And the extra half bath on the first floor was a plus. Overall, our stay was excellent.

Very nice community of people. Lovely community pool and exercise amenities. Nice walking paths. Loved the double garage entry into kitchen, very nice for easy grocery transport.Nice size master bedroom and bath. We were disappointed that the unit dining room, living room and master bedroom all faced towards Pima, a busy, noisy highway if windows are open. The bedding could use a refresh and the advertised, Den pull out queen sleeper sofa, was not usable until we purchased a 2 1/2” foam mattress topper.

Close to Mayo Clinic

We stayed at Grayhawk Tesoro because my husband was having surgery at Mayo Clinic. It was convenient to the hospital for him and to hiking areas for me. He enjoyed sitting and looking at the view of the McDowell Mountains. I enjoyed the pool. There is some noise from Pima Road during rush hour but nothing closing the windows won’t fix. Adrián the property manager is wonderful.

I stayed in this unit for seven months while my new home in Scottsdale was being completed and I very much enjoyed it. The location is ideal—a quiet, gated complex within an upscale residential community with a variety of excellent and highly rated restaurants and shops nearby. It is very close to the main loop highway for trips into Old Town Scottsdale, Phoenix or baseball Spring Training stadiums. Since it is in North Scottsdale, it is also close to a number of popular golf courses. The condo unit itself is lovely, with very comfortable furniture and really comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped and bath towels and sheets were plentiful and of high quality. The unit has both a patio and a balcony, both with lovely views of the mountains and desert. The on-site pool and health club were well maintained and close to the unit and the attached garage is a nice plus in a vacation home. The owner and her local manager are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful home away from home

We had the pleasure of staying in this large, beautiful and well equipped unit last year. The furnishings and unit are lovely, the owner a pleasure to deal with. The pool and gym area are close by the unit and quite nice. This is a well cared for beautifully kept, quiet gated community. Don't hesitate to book here. We will certainly book again when we are back this way. Easy on and off the highway.

Wonderful Place to Stay

We really enjoyed staying here. Centrally located near shopping, grocery stores, tasty restaurants, trails and many beautiful golf courses. It is decorated very nicely and everything you need is right here. It has a double car garage where some condos only have a one car garage. The resident manager was most helpful with all of our immediate questions and needs. we also felt very secure walking out dog at night. It is a gated area and very well lit. I would recommend this condo.

Wonderful Home Away

This is the most beautiful Condo we have ever stayed in and we did visit Phoenix several times.It is very comfortable with everything you possibly need. Kitchen was greatly equipped for all our cooking. It is stylishly decorated , and comfortable furniture and beds. The premises are extremely clean, very secure which is very important to us, 2 car garage also a great feature and also with a beautiful pool area. Its great to major freeways and shopping, We are not golfers however the golf coarse and club house are minutes away. We stayed here for the month of November 2011, and will definitely stay again next November if available. We also want to mention the owner was awsome and her property manager was amazing. We would highly recommend staying in this "Wonderful Home Away From Home"

I have been coming to the Scottsdale area to visit my 2 older brothers since I was 16 years old. I fell in love with the North Scottsdale area, especially the Grayhawk community and knew I had to have my own place there.
I am very excited to share my beautiful villa! Since working in the winter months, I am unable to enjoy it as often as I like and I hope you will too. I am the original and only owner of this villa and strive to keep it up to date and a very comfortable place to enjoy the desert surroundings, warm weather, golf, shopping, dining and whatever your heart desires!

I chose a villa in North Grayhawk, because the property is located in a beautiful grand master planned community! The outdoor patio and upper balcony offer beautiful views of the McDowell Mountains as well as a desert landscaping.
I am a Real Estate Broker in the state of Illinois and I can identify an excellent property and location when I see one. The Grayhawk property communities and the Grayhawk HOA managements continuously strive to keep the grounds and amenities updated and very well taken care of.
Also, my villa is very close to excellent restaurants, pristine golf courses, mountain hiking and biking trails, entertainment, etc.
