The property is much older and more run down than the photos reveal.
The property is much older and more run down than the photos reveal. There are only a few, very small (12x12, maybe) windows that can be open in the entire space: three in the guest bedroom, one in the kitchen, one in the guest bath, and none in the master bedroom, which makes this space very stuffy. There are two skylight windows that can be open, but those don’t offer much. The space is much smaller than the photos reveal as well. The guest bed needs replaced. The windows were filthy, the jacuzzi tub wasn’t clean.
The location was perfect; the rushing river behind was gorgeous and lovely to sleep with.
Rental agency was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early and check out late. The condo is very beautiful and is in such a good location in Frisco. We were able to walk everywhere and explore the town. Grocery stores are just a few minutes drive away.
The place itself was great. It was a bit chilly but came stocked with wood for the wood fireplace which was awesome. The loft is a great feature about the place and is a good use of space.
Heads up for future renters: bring your own toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner, soap, laundry detergent if you need it.
Great space in Frisco
This was a great space to stay in Frisco -- walking distance to downtown, and well appointed. The space is updated and comfortable; kitchen has all the things you need and there's a large stack of wood available for the wood burning fire place.
Exceeded our expectations
We loved our stay in the "tree house!" It exceeded all of our expectations. The layout is unique and feels spacious. The numerous windows make it nice and sunny. Updates in the kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. Be prepared for a bit of a walk up the three flights of stairs, but being nestled up in the trees made it well worth it. We loved the location! It's just off of Main Street and only ten minutes to Copper Mountain. We took advantage of tubing in Frisco and skiing in Copper Mountain during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
