Location, Comfort, Style, Resort Amenities! Our condo is all about comfortably enjoying and accessing all the Breckenridge has to offer. Our location is awesome - in town and enables you to walk to the slopes and to all that the town has to offer. We have direct views of the slopes. Our unit is newer, comfy and has upscale appointments. AND, we have resort amenities including on-slope ski valet and locker, fitness center, heated pool, etc. This is a perfect spot for your family or group to get all that Breck has to offer! Ask us about discounts for stays of 5 days or more.

Our condo is a premier two bedroom, two bath mountain retreat that is in town and sits across main street from the Peak 9 village. This is a prime location where you can park you car (in the private heated garage) for your entire stay and walk everywhere you need or want to go – the ski hill, shopping, dining...you name it! The condo is upscale, well appointed and spacious with airy 9ft ceilings and a mountain modern feel. The finish and decorations utilize beautiful natural materials including slate tile flooring and a river-rock hearth with timber mantle. Relax after a long day skiing in front of the fire on the super comfortable leather sofa we just brought in.

Our condo blends the privacy of condos with all the amenities of a resort. Take time to relax in front of the cozy gas fireplace while taking in the mountain views. Check the snow report by looking up at the hill while sipping your morning coffee. Grab a soak in one of the complex’s hot tubs. This is the perfect spot to take advantage of all the great things on and off the mountain that Breckenridge has to offer.

The unit has two guest suites with private baths (with both tub and shower) that offer privacy from the rest of the condo. Comfort is everything! Bedding includes a queen in the master bedroom and a full bed plus a bunk in the guest bedroom. We are all about plush comforters and cozy blankets! Six sleep comfortably in the beds and up to two more can sleep on the aerobeds provided.

We provide wifi internet access, cable TV, a DVD player and a Bose sound dock for playing tunes off of your ipod or phone.

We have been looking for the right place in Breck for a couple years that provided the space, finish, comfort and access we desired. It was important that we could walk everywhere - the slopes, restaurants, shops and parks. This unit caught our eye as it was newer, right in town and across the street from the lifts. it could not have been more perfect for us. After viewing dozens of condos, we walked into this place and new right away that this was it.

Summer time, and the livin is easy

We, two adults, stayed at this condo for two weeks in June 2017. The condo has lots going for it with a few minor irritants. The condo 's living room faces Main Street, which makes the condo convenient to shops, restaurants, etc. and the trolley stop is right in front of the condo. In the summer, with windows open, it's noisy with traffic and the Trolley's bells every 20 minutes. Wouldn't be a problem in the winter. The second bedroom is rather stuffed with beds (a bunk and a queen)...fine for kids but a squeeze for another two adults with luggage to walk around in. Because there were only two of us, we used the second bedroom to store our fishing equipment, and suitcases(a lot for a 2 week stay, but not a problem for a weekend!) and enjoyed the master bedroom. Because the condo is managed by the same company as Main Street Station across the street, we could use the pool and hot tubs there which we did, and there is a hot tub across the parking lot from the condo which we also used.

Breckinridge in the summer is great...went to the National Repertory Orchestra 3 times, the BBQ festival in Frisco, summer concerts in Dillon, a great stage play at the newly renovated Breck theater, the outdoor market in Dillon and another in Breck. The fly fishing was wonderful, despite the snow melt being late and the rivers being high and pretty fast. And it's always fun to walk the main street especially in the morning and stop at one of several

small bakeries , sit out on the condo's little patio with a glass of wine, and to enjoy the many fine restaurants that Breck has.

All in all, a fun trip and a nice place to stay.

Great Location - Comfortable

This was located within walking distance to all restaurants and Peak 9 lift.

First floor was a plus along with the heated garage, outdoor hot tub is only 100ft away.

We would stay there again.

Perfect Adventure Weekend Location!

Some girlfriends and I met here for 4th of July weekend and had a fantastic stay in this home. The beds were comfy, the seating plentiful and we cooked a few meals. The view for morning coffee was lovely. Very clean and convenient location. Walking into town, ski slopes, restaurants and groceries. Breckenridge is a great location for recreation. The ski lifts will carry your rented mountain bike to the peak and you can ride down - breath taking. I highly recommend!

Wonderful place with an amazing location

I stayed here with a group of friends for a long holiday weekend. The property is beautiful. Very cozy and comfortable. Clean and well maintained. The location is perfect, steps away from Breckenridge's downtown. Easy to get everywhere from here. I highly recommend!!

Best location ever

If you want to stay steps from Breck, without being right in the hustle/bustle, this is the place for you. I had a fabulous time, hanging out with girlfriends from college. We woke up to amazing views, and were able to turn on the fireplace, settle in with a glass of wine and catch up at night. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops and the chair lift, fairly easily -- and pop back for a quick nap in the afternoon. No need for parking adventures! The accommodations were comfortable, and there was definitely enough bathroom/sleeping space for 6. We had a wonderful time!
