Beautiful sugar sand beach, brilliant sunsets and balmy breezes await you at this two bedroom, two bath, beachfront condo. This second floor unit is very bright and nicely furnished with views of the beach from the open balcony. Coquina Beach Club has a heated pool, covered parking and is within walking distance of several restaurants. Close to shopping,fishing and the free trolley.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. It’s fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient access, almost at the end of every block, along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of single family homes and small resorts.

Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis (There are public courts on the island), para-sailing, jet ski or kayak.

This condo not what I expected for the price.

This condo was just O.K. The view was beautiful but that was that was the only thing I was impressed with. The bedrooms were very warm because you were not able to turn down the air conditioning any lower than 75 degrees. That was good enough to keep the living room cool but the bedrooms were uncomfortably warm.The king size bed in the master was nice. The beds in the second bedroom were very uncomfortable. It was literally like sleeping on stiff crib mattresses plus they were only twin beds. This condo claims to sleep 5 but that's only if your fifth person is willing to sleep on a terribly uncomfortable cot. The living room couches are horrible. They were so old and worn out it was like sitting on nothing more than springs. You can tell that this condo is used very rarely by the owner. They had the temp in the frig turned down so low I was afraid the $300 worth of food I bought at the store would spoil before it cooled down. Supplies are a bare minimum. Not even a spare trash bag, dish soap, or toilet paper. Plan to buy it all if you rent this place.

One of the worst things was that there was no control over who used the parking area for the condo. You didn't need any kind of parking pass to show that you paid to stay there so just anyone would park in the parking area made for paying guests and then we wouldn't have a place to park after coming back to the condo. The patio furniture on the balcony was just junk plastic and the kitchen table and chairs were just uncomfortable wicker.

Like I said this condo was o.k. but NOT worth the money that we paid for it. We won't be staying here again.
