The unit was beautiful and clean The bedrooms were spacious both of them for having king beds in both with plenty of room. Kitchen has Everything you need. So nice to be able to cook our breakfast and dinner at home verses going out every night. Sunset was stunning . The pool was warm but still nice to swim. Drip coffee maker and kureg. I would definitely return to this unit. Beautiful decorated and it was a wonderful stay!!

Great location and extremely clean. The only issue we had was the code was wrong upon arrival but fortunately they were able to get us the right code and get us inside. So happy they were available since it was way past operating hours.

Beautiful beach and view of the gulf. Amazing sunsets! The condo was updated except for the shower in the hall bathroom. Our biggest issue regarding Coquina Beach Club condos was the road noise. The main road is close and the bedrooms all faced this road. It was very noisy especially starting at 6 am. The side of the balcony also faced the road so we could hear road noise here too. Perhaps a condo more toward the center would have helped.

Overall an B-/C condo. Beds comfy, kitchen adequate, location awesome. Only 4 bath towels and 4 washcloths for 4 adults all week. When requested, was told “this is not a hotel and that we would have to go through a 3rd party.” When I requested again stating that for 600/night, two sets of towels and washcloths for each person did not seem unreasonable. Without further communication, the towels were left at our door w/o extra charge, which was appreciated but after inadequate provisions and poor (somewhat snarky) communication. Side note: this condo needs spring-seasonal style cleaning. The floors were quite dirty. 2nd bathroom shower was barely satisfactory, no light, paint chipping, shower curtain cheap. Just needs some TLC.

In my opinion, the unit is great for two couples. It was very clean. The host communicated well and provided a couple extra towels upon request. While I knew there was no elevator and on the "second" floor, I did not realize the unit was on what I considered to be the third floor. You park under the building, go up a couple flights of stairs to the first floor and then another flight of stairs to the second floor. Thankfully we were all in good health and bodies. The condo does have access to a small pool. However, the pool does not face the ocean and is at the front of the parking lot in a corner. The WiFi connection was not the best. We had challenges streaming movies. My number two things are cleanliness and the host. Both of those were excellent. I would recommend renting this unit.

Beach view was unobstructed and location really on the beach. Pool was clean and not crowded. Unit itself is a little dated but well cared for and clean. Perfect location. Unit was very soundproof except for traffic noise in bedrooms. Running a fan solved that problem. Would rent same place again.
