3BR 2BA 5th floor Gulf front condo. Newly renovated, beautifully appointed.

From the moment you walk in the front door of this newly renovated condo with its 9 ft. ceilings and expansive view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico, you will experience a beach vacation getaway that is rare to find. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen complete with wine cooler, new stainless steel appliances, and filtered water. Start your days with your cup of coffee on the balcony over looking the white sand beach and take a walk at dusk as you enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. Relax at the large beach side pool and hot tub area that also has bathrooms and charcoal grills. Each of the 3 bedrooms have views both of the Gulf and inter-coastal waterway and are beautifully furnished. The Master BR with king bed and foam memory top, has a large walk-in closet, 55'HD TV, reading chair, and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a large closet. The 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds and closet and is decorated with a seascape mural on three of its walls. Enjoy evenings in the large living/dining area with a 60' HD TV with DVD, cable, wireless internet, and Netflix. Board games, books and puzzles are provided for your indoor enjoyment. Tennis racquets, two bicycles, a cooler, beach chairs and toys, umbrellas, and beach canopy are provided for your use. You are within walking distance to a park with a playground and basketball court, tennis court, and a local coffee shop and tavern. There are many wonderful restaurants close by. Recreational activities include all water sports, running or walking the beach, cycling, tennis, basketball, and volleyball. John's Pass is 5 miles away where you can experience waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping, and water excursions (jet ski and boat rentals). Our local star 'Winter' from the movie 'Dolphin's Tale' resides at the Clearwater Aquarium about 20 minutes north. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are an hour away. Orlando, Disney, Universal Studios, and Sea World are all within a 2 hour drive. The Suncoast Beach Trolley that goes for 15 miles up and down Gulf Blvd. has a stop right outside. For only $5 you can hop on and off all day, traveling from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. During the season, you can enjoy a Rays baseball game at the indoor Tropicana Field or stroll through museums and art galleries near the bustling St. Pete Marina and downtown area. Well-appointed condo, leave your worries at home...

The building is unassuming but generally clean and served our needs. The keypads to the pool stopped working butI left a message with the building manager who sent out a locksmith the next day. Pool was warm and maintained by a professional pool company. The unit was perfect for our family with bedrooms separated by bathrooms so each was quiet. Master room has its own patio door to balcony along with bathroom and walk-in closet. We didn't even discover the games and extra outdoor toys in second bedroom until a few days into our stay. The unit was well-appointed with enough cookware to make meals (other condos we've rented seem like they have minimal pots/pans). The view is phenomenal and it was relaxing to be beachfront (separated from beach only by tiny street and pool). Beach was quiet and a great place to have family photos taken. Mike and Carol were pleasant and checked in with us during our stay. We hope to return!
