We invite you to escape to our newest place in paradise. We now have something for everyone at Kamaole Sands. We also own a 1 Bdrm/2 Bath condo along with a 3 Bdrm/3Bath condo at Kamaole Sands, (VRBO 338814 & VRBO 487514).

Completely new furnishings in our 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo, which is located in building 10 on the top floor with a beautiful ocean and garden views. Very spacious 1188 Sq ft, which seems much larger. Our condo has the extra large lanai. Since we are in building 10 (the coolest of all buildings) the natural trade breeze keeps our condo much cooler than other buildings. We do have a new split AC for the living room and a new air conditioner in bedroom # 2, but it is rarely needed. We also have ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room.

The condo will sleep 6 comfortably with a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The master bedroom features a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a twin & queen beds. There is also a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The kitchen is fully supplied & then some for all your home cooked meals. It features all new cookware and small appliance. New cookware, flatware, & dishes. We have replaced everything. There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and living room, along with a BluRay. Have a iPhone, iPod? We have a stereo for it as well. Free High Speed Internet/WiFi in the condo so you can stay connected to family, friends and work if needed. We also have a washer and dryer for any laundry you may need to do during your stay.

`The extra large lanai is a great place to sit and relax while taking in the ocean views with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. We spend most of our time on the lanai. We have all the beach gear you will need and then some when you head to the beach. Cooler on wheels, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach mats, umbrellas and toys for the little ones. To get everything to the beach we even have a fold up wagon for you to use. This wagon is also great for hauling groceries up to the condo.

The Kamaole Sands complex offers 15 acres of lush landscaping, fountains, ponds, tropical flowers and birds. There are 5 barbecue pavilions with Webber Gas Grills and picnic tables located throughout the complex. The large pool, kiddie pool and 2 Jacuzzi’s with adjacent refreshment area, along with ping pong and foosball tables makes it very family friendly. There is also an air conditioned exercise room. Also, don't forget the 4, very well maintained tennis courts. You can even sign up if your looking for a tennis partner. The front desk can also arrange child care. If you need to stay connected and you left your lap top at home, not to worry, there are computers for your use in the lobby.

The morning after your arrival, there is a complimentary continental breakfast at 8:30 by the pool where you will be informed of the many activities offered on Maui. There is always a complimentary newspaper awaiting you there as well. On Wednesday evening, join other guests for the Mai Tai Party by the pool. With Hawaiian music and hula dances, it will put you in the Hawaiian spirit. (ID required) but everyone is invited.

Just a short walk away is Kihei Village, where you will find shopping and the many different restaurants. Also, don't forget the wonderful shopping at 'The Shops at Wailea', just 5 minutes away. For the golfers, the golfing at Wailea's Gold, Emerald and Blue courses offer great golfing and fantastic ocean views.

Kamaole Sands offers many on-site activities, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Located right across from Kamaole Beach III with it's sandy beach and clean clear water, makes snorkeling, swimming and sun bathing ideal. Enjoy the evening walks on the beach to witness the most amazing sunsets.

About Clark

We purchased this condo in 2014 and it is our 7th rental property, and our 3rd in Maui. We are very particular about our homes & condos which will become very apparent when you stay with us. We try very hard to maintain them and are constantly upgrading them to keep them up to our high standards. We are very excited about our new purchase and plan to do a lot of work on it to bring it up to our standards.

Why Clark chose South Maui

We have traveled to Maui several times over our 34 years of marriage, but it wasn't until our son was married here in 2010 that we decided to buy. We looked all over Maui but always came back to the Kihei. Once Kihei was the location, Kamaole Sands was the easy choice. With all the amenities it has to offer and a easy walk to anything you may need, from the beach to shopping, this is the place to be.

What makes this condo unique

The grounds of Kamaole Sands are wonderful. Having High Speed Internet /WiFi in the condo and around the select locations (pool area) it makes it easy to still keep in touch. With the beach or pool just steps away it makes a wonderful place for the young and old alike.

Beautiful condo and perfect location

This was our second time to Maui but the first time staying at this complex. We heard many great things about Kamaole Sands and this particular condo unit met all of our expectations. The extra large lanai with the swing chair turned out to be our favourite spot to sip our morning coffee and enjoy the evening sunset. The proximity to the beach across the street was perfect for our family. Clark and Bridget were quick to respond to any question we had and were very accommodating to our needs. We plan to return again and when we do we hope to stay here again. Overall, we highly recommend this condo.

Great family vacation!

We just returned after spending two weeks at this great location in Kihei (April 8-23). I have stayed at several different condos in the area and this was by far the BEST condo and location!

The condo was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need and I especially loved the remodeled bathrooms, air conditioner units, and quality products - the towels and bedding were great. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom upstairs while my in-laws stayed in the downstairs bedroom along with my 8-year old. We never felt cramped and it was great having a TV in each room too. The extra large lanai provides views of the ocean along with the fountains (which turn off during quiet hours), BUT most importantly the lanai had every possible beach toy, snorkel gear, boogie board, chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler - it was fantastic. Every morning we would get up and walk down to get our espresso and enjoy the sun before heading to the beach or pool. Kamaole Sands really takes care of their landscaping and the pool was always nicely maintained and heated - they also had Jacuzzis, kiddie pool, and games. We utilized there many grill areas during our stay as well.

In sum - it was a perfect place to stay for our family and I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Maui!

Very Clean Condo with Awesome Ocean View

We loved the view of the ocean which is right across the street. There is a beautiful pond with a fountain that blocks any sounds that might come from the street. This unit is also far enough away from the noise of the pool. The condo is stocked with everything we needed. The only thing that the kitchen needed was our food!! The over all condition is extremely clean. You can tell that the owners really have a lot of pride in their property. The lanai is larger than most. We definitely took advantage of all the beach supplies, even the boogie boards. The condo is a short walk to many restaurants and shops.

This unit was equipped with everything we needed for a great vacation. We have been to Maui several times and have always stayed in Kamaole Sands. This condo is in building 10 which has the best views and access to the beach. One of the best features of this unit is its extra large lanai where we enjoyed morning coffees and evening sunsets. The owners were very helpful and accessible and response times were almost immediate. I would not hesitate in recommending this unit.

Great location!

Clark's condo is one of the nicest we have stayed at in Kamaole Sands. The furniture is all close to new and very comfortable. The walls have interesting Hawaiian artwork. We appreciated the bed sizes, queens and one single, that left room to move around the bedrooms. The bathrooms are both showers only that suited our family.

The dining room table is a lovely large rectangle that easily seats 6. This was so much nicer than many two bedroom condos advertised for 6 people but with a table that can only seat 4.

The lanai is close to a fountain that is quite loud but it might drown out some traffic noise. It is turned off at 9pm each night.

This unit is is in the building closest to the beach and there is a good selection of beach toys and equipment in the lanai cupboard. The wagon made it very easy to take everything to the beach!

Clark was available to answer any questions we had within a very short time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
--$150 Cancellation Fee if cancelled outside of 60 days.
--No refunds within 60 days of arrival unless we are able to rent the condo. The difference between actual funds
received and amount you paid will be refunded, less a $150 Service Fee.
--Cancellation or shorten stays after arrival – all funds forfeited.
--Monthly Reservation Cancellations: Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in.
All deposits will be refunded less $150 Service Fee.
Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must due so at least ninety (90) days prior
check-in. No Refunds under 90 days prior to arrival unless we are able to rent the condo. The difference
between actual funds received and amount you paid will be refunded, less a $150 Service Fee.

Owner's Cancellation Policy
