Special property

The house was beautiful and comfortable with plenty of room for our whole extended family. The location can not be beat for a walk into town for shopping and restaurants but still provided lots of privacy. All ages enjoyed the lake and activities. Great place to make special memories!

What a magical spot. So many options for all the different members of our family to find something to do...reading spots, boating, swimming, games, fires, movies, gourmet kitchen, and an easy walk to town every day for coffee. We loved it

We had a wonderful week in the most perfect location - on the lake with spectacular mountain views and short walk into town. The house is spacious and beautiful, and easily accommodated 5 children and 6 adults, with room to spare. There was so much to do for the grandkids as well as parents and grandparents right on the property. The “management” was responsive to any questions we had. Five stars without a doubt!!

Mountain retreat

We enjoyed our stay in this vacation home. The home is large and well equipped. We particularly liked the convenience of being able to walk into downtown Lake Placid, and also being only a 15-minute drive to Whiteface Mountain. The house faces the lake, which was very serene and peaceful in the winter. The grand fireplace in the living space is warm and inviting. Plenty of space for a couple of families, and nice to have bunk beds in the basement for the kids to stay together. The owner was cordial and very responsive to any questions we had. Great rental!
