The suite is just at the corner with Ponte Vecchio, on the Oltrarno river bank, in Borgo San Jacopo. The interior is 70 square meters (820 square feet): two bedrooms with a double bed (160x200), living room with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower. Oltrarno is the center of Florence on the left bank of the Arno river. It is the most bohemian and artistic part of Florence, where you can breathe the atmosphere of the genuine Florence. It is ideal if you are looking for a characteristic place that is downtown but away from the tourist areas.
The neighborhood is full of important monuments: historic churches, parks and important museums, such as the Pitti gallery, the Boboli gardens and Santo Spirito Church.
The Ponte Vecchio connects this area with the other side of the city and the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio and the Duomo are right on the other side. The streets of the Oltrarno are filled with fashion boutiques, jewellery designers, artisanal workshops, art galleries and typical markets. In the evening the area is populated with charming restaurants, cantinas and cafés where you can relax and taste Italian and international specialties.
Located in Borgo San Jacopo 6, at the corner of the Ponte Vecchio on the Oltrarno bank. It is unique for its location and its view on the Ponte Vecchio.

I was born and raised in Florence, graduated in Architecture, wife and mother of three children. I live in the hills of Florence but like the life of my city; I deal with e-commerce.
Cristiana Masi purchased this apartment in 2015
Prime location, breathtaking view, quiet, elegant, romantic, affordable.
The whole side of the master bedroom and the living room are made of glass and look right on the flowing waters of the river Arno.
The host/owner was a wonderful and helped us to really enjoy our stay at her apartment. The apartment suited our needs perfectly.
Very convenient location, can walk to everywhere easily, including the train station.
Modern apartment in pristine condition, good heating. Well equipped for dining in and
laundering clothes. The bedroom is a little bright at night unless you close the external blinds, which is easy to do.
Property manager friendly and very helpful. The Café nearest the apartment was great for coffee and croissants, for breakfast.
Highly recommend visiting San Miniato al Monte, an ancient Church which had a genuinely sacred feel about it. There are great views overlooking Florence and the hills also.
Florence is a very beautiful place to visit, lovely romantic location, you won't regret it.
Wonderful apartment a few steps from the Ponte Vecchio.
Cristiana is the perfect host. She met us when we arrived and gave us our keys along with valuable information about Florence and the other towns we planned to visit on our stay. THANK YOU Cristiana! Cristiana followed up by contacting us half way into our stay. We were doing well (partly because of her excellent advice the first day), but I really appreciated that she reached out to us to make sure we had no questions.
The apartment was comfortable and the view just incredible. The building has a small, but effective elevator. Which, even though the apartment is on the first floor, was appreciated when hauling luggage up to the apt.
Easy walking distance to many of the sights in Florence as well as the train station. Great grocery store just on the other side of the Ponte Vecchio and lots of eateries in the immediate vicinity. We discovered Trattoria Mamma Gina, just a block away from the apt the last night of our stay. Great place, but make a reservation, if you go.
This was the final stop of our five week European vacation. Our family of five slept comfortably and peacefully looking out at the Arno and Ponte Vecchio. We only had two nights there, but wished it could have been more. Cristiana was an outstanding and extremely helpful hostess. She guided us to some excellent sights to see off the beaten path, and gave us ideas on how to see the major sites as well. The location can't be beat, the apartment was top notch, and Cristiana was the best host we had during our entire trip!
It was a very nice, comfortable and clean hotel. We were 3 women traveling to Italy for the first time. Everyone was so helpful and patiently answered our questions. We would definitely stay there again.
We were two women traveling to Florence for the first time & this was a wonderful apartment. Cristiana was there to greet us and make many recommendations as to places to go and things to do. The view was beautiful & we could walk to everything. Great restaurants & shopping in the area. Highly recommend this apartment and Cristiana is great.
