Newly updated 3 bed, 1.5 bath old town Scottsdale condo. Comfortable sleeping with 1 king bed in master, 1 queen and 1 full in secondary bedrooms and 1 full size leather couch and love seat downstairs. All bedrooms upstairs - with new carpet and paint. New flooring on first floor also. Complex has great pool area and large green space outside the front door. Parking a plenty and dining room holds 8 easily with breakfast bar. My own Family uses it most, and fully stocked kitchen, cook away. Open dressing area so bath is not an issue. Master is very large, and plenty of room for a family and kids are welcome.

Large open kitchen with sit down dining for 6 and breakfast bar. Stacked washer and dryer.

Wonderful back patio with table and chairs to enjoy the wonderful evenings here! Covered parking for 2 + guest next 2 spots by unit- more parking nearby.

Close to all events including walking distance (10-15 minute) to SF Giants spring training,; Old Town shopping and dining.

Located 10 min from Sky Harbor and a short car ride to WM Open, West World. The Barrett Jackson show room is 2 blocks away; ASU Football is a 10 minute ride; Scottsdale Civic Center and foodie events are 10 minutes from the door of the condo!!

Phoenix Zoo, Botanical Gardens, hiking, golf, live music festivals, AZ Culinary Festival, Hole-in-the-Rock too! Amazing Location!

This condo has been in my family since 1996. Super comfy and home like clean place to land. I purchased this property to make my own during a transition in my life. It was a wonderful place to call home. You cannot beat the location and all it has to offer. I have plush towels, nice linens and really great knives, cookware, and coffee pot, microwave, and anything a cook would like. It is all there are ready for you.

What makes this condo unique

Close to everything you could want to do during your stay in Scottsdale. Close to freeways, shopping, dining, golf, casinos and local seasonal events. You could get away without a car or if you have one take a short drive to other area attractions. Perfect for an extended stay or a short trip. Location, location, location!

Great Experience, Amazing Location

If you want a place that is three blocks from everything, this is the place for you. My family had a wonderful stay, Freddie was absolutely a delight. She is very clear how easy she is to reach and she stays completely away, unless you call she is right there. It is really nice to have the owner in town, just 10 mins away. The place is comfortable and more spacious than the pictures give credit. We will be using this place again when we go back to Spring Training

Lovely condo

We had the pleasure of staying here for a first trip to spring training. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed - in the kitchen and also plenty of towels. Freddie was great to work with. The location can't be beat. There were six of us - and it accommodated us very nicely. The pool was a good size, not very busy, and with a nice area all around for enjoying the sun. The complex was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. I would definitely love a chance to vacation there again.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay here and were so lucky to have such a great host in Freddie. The short walk to all the best of Old Town was perfect. The condo was clean and stocked, and provided a great spot for our family which included a 2 year old. The pool was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Couldn't have asked for more! Thanks so much for all the help!

Perfect Spot

Location is awesome... Walking distance to Scottsdale Stadium, and Old Town Scottsdale... Plenty of nearby golf courses... The condo is set up prefectly... 3 upstairs bedrooms are comfy... Plenty of towels for showers, and the pool... Speaking of the pool... It is large enough to do laps, and well maintained... The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving... and last...Freddie is a gem to work with... We'll be back

Golf Vacation

I stayed there for 5 weeks, everything was great. It is ,clean & nicely furnished, good TV, quiet, (no road noise) good kitchen ,& it had a nice back patio, for BBQ, and drinks. The location is great, easy to move around from.

You can walk , or drive. It is only a few blocks from almost everything. 2 cover parking spots. The owner was

great, and fun to work with. Every enjoyable stay!!

Great Golf Trip

Stayed here with 4 golfers and had a great time. Great access to golf, walk to many restaurants in old town, easily accommodated us.

Great back patio for beverages and a cigar at night to discuss the days round.

Freddie was a joy to work with, had plenty of advice on places to go, golf courses, etc. Will be back

This condo is located in the heart of old town scottsdale. Walk to sf giants spring training stadium, shopping in old town, 15+ restaurants within walking distance. Great night life with hiking, and golf near by. Short car ride to all local events and casinos. Parking for 3+ cars available. I am OPEN to trades. Week for week- or extended weekends and not subject to same time of year (Obviously!!)
