The house is surrounded by a 1.7 hectare wooded land and is located at the very end of a private road, 2km away from Bonnieux.
It is a single-story building of approximately 150 m², made from typical material of the region: terra cotta floors, Provencal ceilings, exposed beams.
The vast, wild garden is an ideal playground and has lots of shadowy spots.
At the end of the land stands a belvedere with a panoramic view on the valley and the Mont Ventoux.
The 8 x 4 m swimming pool is heated.
Three terraces surround the house; one features an outside kitchen and an electric plancha.
The house features a wide, open living space (living room, office corner, dining room and kitchen) and 5 bedrooms.
4 out of the 5 bedrooms are located in the “main house”, divided in 2 areas. The children’s area consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The adults’ area consists of 2 bedrooms with one double bed in each; one of those also features a bathroom.
The fifth bedroom has a large bathroom (shower, WC, washing machine and bathroom sink). It has an independent access.
At the center of the house is the largest bathroom with bathtub, WC, washing machine and drying machine.
