COME ENJOY THE SERENITY & MOUNTAIN BEAUTY!

We arrived to the cabin with our newborn just to have to turn around and leave due to an overwhelming cigarette smoke smell. The cabin and land it’s self was fine, however, the smoke smell was strong enough for us to have concerns for our 7 week old daughter . When attempting to call the property manager, there was no answer. Once we were able to get in touch via email, the property manager said they tried calling us back but there was no service so my phone never even rang. Aside from making me feel like that was somehow my fault, the only response I got was that house keeping didn’t smell it so I guess I must be smelling the fireplace . I know the difference between the smell of cigarettes and an old fire place . It is very distinct . Either way, the cabin turned out not working out for us, due to the smell, which was not mentioned in the details of the cabin. I explained I was not looking for trouble, but I would never have booked this cabin for my new family and baby girl if I was aware. I asked for

AT LEAST a partial refund, trying to be nice, and have received no response. At this point , I would like a FULL refund for the lack of communication and customer service . Not telling customers about the cigarette smell/ denying its existence is misrepresentation of the condition of the cabin. Have stayed at MANY VRBOs and am very, very disappointed in the service received by this manager/ owners

Loved staying here the cabin was clean and nicely laid out. The bedroom was a great size and had beautiful views to wake up to. Loved having the drier to warm our clothes up in real quick on the cold morning. And the hot tub was amazing to relax and warm up in at night! The fireplace came in handy for extra warmth and some s’mores! The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining room had good views outside too. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back some day.

We enjoyed the amazing location of this cabin with gorgeous views. We loved the cabin, watching the turkeys in the yard every morning and evening. We loved sitting in the hottub relaxing and looking at the beautiful view. It was a great place for our honeymoon.

Only thing we would recommend is a softer mattress. We woke every morning hurting.
