Sunset Breeze on Brevort Lake

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re so glad you thoroughly enjoyed your week at Sunset Breeze! It’s great to hear you enjoyed the beautiful sunsets, the lake views from the four seasons room, the comfortable beds, and the well-equipped kitchen. We also really appreciate the suggestion about adding pint beer glasses and will keep that in mind. Thank you again for staying with us—we’d love to welcome you back for another relaxing stay! 😊

Thank you for such a wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the sunsets, the clear shallow water, and all the little extras around the house. Sounds like you had a great time on the lake—and catching two walleye on your first morning is a pretty great start! We’d love to have you back again!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the unexpected water issue disrupted your stay and understand that having to move was not ideal. The water pipe issue was unexpected and outside of our control, but the owner acted quickly and immediately took steps to have it addressed. Once it became apparent that the water would not be restored during your stay, we also worked to find you another property as quickly as possible. This was during peak season, when availability was very limited, but we were able to find a comparable 3-bedroom home that accommodated your group and also offered a water view. Our goal was to make sure you could still enjoy the remainder of your trip rather than have your plans completely disrupted. We’d also like to clarify that the **$200 refund was processed back to the original card. The refund was issued from our end at that time, so if it has not appeared on your statement, we recommend checking with your card provider, who should be able to trace the transaction. We certainly understand that the situation was frustrating, but we’re glad we were able to respond quickly, find an alternative home during a very busy time of year, and process the refund as promised. We appreciate your feedback and hope this provides some additional context regarding what took place during your stay.

Connie, So glad you enjoyed your stay at Sunset Breeze.....and agree on the fish, we always catch a nice variety out there......We also love Brevort Lake...We're not sure why the satellite was so slow for internet but we will probably just need to install a updated wi-fi router so thanks for that input, (and the lightbulbs, that is my pet peeve also and we have it on the maid check list in bold:)..Hope your health is better and Sunset Breeze will get you again in the future. Thanks again, we appreciate your patronage! Best Regards, Northern Michigan VR & Owners Jimmy & Cheryl
