Imagine your morning coffee or evening glass of wine sitting on your private deck or gazing out from the cozy comfort of the couch with a wood burning fire. The condo comfortably sleeps 6. King bed in the master, queen and twin over full bunk in the second bedroom. Pack and play provided. Remodeled with exquisite attention to detail. We love to cook so you will find everything you could need in the kitchen. Amazing rec center a 2 minute walk with heated pool, hot tubs, indoor basketball court, sauna and much more. Approx 100 yards from the free ski shuttle that will take you everywhere from the local grocery to Winter Park.

Terrific property & great host

This is our second time staying at this condo and it was great again. Great communication from host, the property is comfortable and in great shape, the kitchen is well stocked and it has the extra amenities you need have a pleasant stay!

Ideal Family Ski Trip Cabin

My family of 4 has been going to ski trips for 24 consecutive years, and this is one of the first cabins that's truly filled with items and amenities of a quality that we would have at home. While a bit light on storage space if you have a lot of stuff, it was absolutely perfect for our needs with a great location for skiing Winter Park and Devil's Thumb Ranch. Michelle was great to work with too. Thanks for a great stay!

Great spot near winter park

We enjoyed our short stay here. Spent a little time at basketball room. And ping pong room. The pool was closed for repairs. Our condo was nicely updated and small. But sufficient! We’ll stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Spent a whole day at the alpine slides at winter park. The kids loved it!!

We enjoyed our stay. Convenient location and fully stocked kitchen were a bonus. We were disappointed the community center did not open until 10:00, so we were unable to use the gym facilities. The pool was also chilly, but there was a hot tub for the kids to warm up in. Overall, we would recommend this place to others.

This place was perfect for our family of 3. Plenty of room, great location, and the clubhouse amenities were a huge plus! The view from the deck is unbeatable and so peaceful. The kitchen has everything!! And we loved the soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion that was waiting for us. The handbook had great tips for the altitude, as this was our first trip to Colorado, we learned so much from it. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Great Location

This is a great location with a beautiful view of the mountains. We didn't spend a lot of time here as we had lots to explore but everything was clean and the listing is accurate. Close to Winter Park and there is a grocery store right in Frasier which was very handy. Thank you Michelle for a great stay.

Comfortable and wonderful stay

A wonderful place! This condo is so well equipped, was clean and very comfortable. We have stayed at many vrbo condos in the Winter Park/Fraser area, and so many are lacking in basic essentials and comforts of home… this one stands out as a winner! Even had soft toilet paper! :) Thanks for the great stay!

Fraser is where it’s at!

My family loved our time in Fraser. The location of the condo is great for adventure. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 5. We even had the chance to see some wildlife in the meadow across the street from the condo. In short we loved it.

Great for a ski weekend

This condo was perfect for 2 families enjoying a long weekend of skiing. Facilities were good and everything we needed. Access to the hot tub at the rec center was a nice bonus.

The Fraser Valley offers endless choices for outdoor recreation. Our condo is centrally located for skiing, golf, biking, delicious restaurants and breweries. Anything you want to do is here. We are also located close to the Safeway for the area and of course Starbucks.
