One Bedroom Fully Furnished Central Palm Springs Condo

April 2026 and summer 2026 available. Winter 2026/27 now available, including Jan, Feb, March and April 2027.

Bright, upstairs 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo (800 sq feet) in central Palm Springs gated community. King bed. The couch in living room can sleep one additional person (with foam cushion. NOT a pullout). Gated community with 2 large pools, 1 children's pool, 2 spas, sundeck, tennis courts, covered parking. Condo has all amenities including full kitchen, dishwasher, tub/shower, television in living room and bedroom, cable, WiFi, central air/heat. Laundry is not in unit, but there are several machines in community room onsite. Central Palm Springs location and close to two markets. 5 minutes to airport and downtown Palm Springs. Gated community. Dogs allowed under 20 lbs. Please note: the condo is on the street facing side of Sunrise. There is a good flow of traffic during the day. Nighttime is much quieter. The living room slider and bedroom window are both double paned and keep out a good deal of noise, however, if you are extremely noise sensitive, I would suggest not renting this condo. No real complaints in 19 years, but just need to make all potential renters aware.

Nice stay

The unit was nice, located among many attractions. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the 2 pools and 2 hot tubs were always crystal clear. The best part about the whole stay is the owner, Scott. He was very friendly and helpful before and during our stay.

Wonderful time!

The first thing that I noticed upon entering the property was how absolutely spic and span it was. The grounds are nice. The pools are clean. The neighbors are friendly walk through the neighborhood were fantastic. The kitchen has everything you need. There was plenty of toilet paper and plenty of paper towels. Every detail write down to a complementary pair of slippers. Thank you again!

Spacious, clean 1 BR in well kept bldg. Very comfy bed and lounging couch. Nice quality furniture and interior design. BR has double pane sliding door which was effective at minimizing road noise…really just the swish of cars going by which is preferable to the units facing into the courtyard w/ its jacuzzi/people sounds. Neighborhood was quiet. A few rundown homes were balanced out by the majority of nice homes. Across the street is a beautifully landscaped walking path. I couldn’t hear noise from a busy thoroughfare a few blocks away. Pleasant, comfortable stay.

Great Location and Amenities for a Longer Stay!

Just spent the sunny month of January at the property. The condo is spacious and has everything you need for a long stay. Check in was smooth and contact/interactions with the owner was quick and easy. The complex has 2 pools and 2 hot tubs (1 was being repaired while we were there, but it wasn’t a problem at all), and tennis courts. The pools and hot tub were rarely busy. We had a car so the location was great for getting around the area. Within walking distance to Ruth Hardy Park. Truly enjoyed our time here, if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay and get away from a northern winter, this is definitely a worry free choice! Thanks, James.

My husband and I stayed in September and October 2018 and can say that the experience was very positive. The condo itself is comfortable and has everything that you need as a jumping off point for exploring the Palm Springs area. Scott, the owner, is there if you need him but he is also respectful of your privacy. The complex has two beautiful pools, several hot tubs, and very friendly, nice people. Overall, the complex is quiet; we didn’t experience any loud parties (thank goodness!). If you want a good value, stay at this property.

Great place to stay

My wife and I stayed 3 nights and were very happy with the condo and its location. We were attending the BNP tennis tournament in Indian Wells. The condo was a comfortable and convenient place to stay and explore the town. Very clean and well kept, and the facilities such as the pool are very nice. We would definitely stay there again.
