Nuestro amplio de 4 dormitorios, casa frente al mar se encuentra en el complejo Portofino I en Waccamaw Drive en Garden City. Contamos con una piscina compartida al aire libre y jardines comunes ajardinadas. La piscina, las casas, y la playa están todos conectados por aceras ajardinadas y cruces de madera de playa en todo el complejo 9 casa. Garden City se conoce como "La Familia Resort '. Nuestra casa está situada cerca de mini-golf, juegos electrónicos de Sam Corner, el muelle de Garden City, un parque acuático, muchos restaurantes agradables para los niños, muchos campos de golf, centros comerciales, parques de atracciones, teatros, un mercado de pulgas, un centro comercial, el la lista sigue y sigue!

El segundo piso tiene un dormitorio principal con una cama king-size y baño privado con walk-in closet, un segundo dormitorio con una cama king-size y un baño completo compartido, una tercera habitación con 1 cama doble y una litera capitanes (doble en la parte inferior, dos en la parte superior), un baño Jack-n-Jill, una lavadora y secadora por separado, y un porche frente al mar cubierto compartida entre los 2 dormitorios principales.

Hay una gran mesa de picnic y un columpio de madera bajo la marquesina, así como una zona de estar acogedora. También se proporciona una pequeña parrilla de carbón. La Cochera tiene escaleras hasta el primer piso.

Perfect location

Our house was beautiful and located on a great stretch of beach. We were within 7 minutes of all the restaurants on the boardwalk at Murrell’s Inlet, and within 20 minutes of Broadway on the Beach.

Great Beach Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Surf Shack. The house was just as advertised - spacious and comfortable and furnished nicely. We especially enjoyed the view of the beach and the pool from our porch and the easy walk to both. The Full Strawberry Moon during our stay added to our enjoyment.

We loved the location of the house. The high rises were not close so the beach area in front of the house was not crowded. Plus it is literally right on the beach.

Nice Oceanfront House

Good, quiet location. Well-appointed, enough parking for 3 vehicles. Good sized beach just steps away and lots of extras. Comfortable beds and nice decor. 4 adults and 3 children and it was more than adequate for all of us.

Stay for Ripken Baseball

We had a great stay. Amanda was very receptive when the garbage disposal needed a quick fix. It was done the next morning. We needed a very specific location to be close to where our highschooler was staying. This worked out perfectly. We loved the beach access!

Great Vacation Home

We had a wonderful time. The living room is even larger than appears in pics. The home was spotless & offered everything we needed. You walk straight out onto the beach or to the pool. Amanda was quick to reply to our questions. I highly recommend for any family.

The location on the beach was fabulous. The house was nice. Lots of kitchen stuff. Great to have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas for the beach. The carpets could have used a good cleaning or replacement, especially in the family room. Overall good place to stay.

Hurricane Debby Vacation

Can't say enough good things about our stay! The house is beautiful inside and out. Fully stocked to include puzzles and games. We did manage a few good days outside, but thankful we had such an awesome place to be stuck inside. The pool was very nice and close and the beach access was fantastic! Owner's were very easy and accommodating to work with. Would highly recommend this house. Loved it!

Beach vacation

The property was even better in person than in the pictures! We were very happy to find that the beach access was so convenient! The pool was also very conveniently located. We were traveling with 3 small children and found it super easy to go back and forth from the house to the pool and beach! There were plenty of beach towels and beach toys for the kids and plenty of games inside for rainy days...but we had beautiful weather the whole week:) The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need! There was plenty of room for our family of 8 and the everyone said their beds were comfy. The dishwasher went out the night before we arrived and the owner went above and beyond to have a new one installed by the time we arrived! The maintenance man was leaving just as we arrived and he couldn't have been nicer. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Family Favorite

We first stayed in this house in 1993 (when it was brand new) and it quickly became a family favorite. This trip was a girls weekend with 5 out of 6 having stayed here back in the 90’s. Our “little girls” (now in their 30’s) said it best, it’s everything they remembered only even prettier! The new owners have done a wonderful job updating and refurbishing, and they were lovely to work with. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!

It was lovely, would stay again.

Two families totaling nine people stayed for 6 nights; we were all very comfortable, there's plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay there again. The beach is right there over that short wooden bridge and the pool is right there in front of the next unit. Outdoor showers for rinsing off as you exit the beach and another at the pool. The unit was clean and comfortable. Well stocked with plates, silverware, pots and pans etc. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We called the property management company because of a slow drain (shower was filling up during use) and they came right out and fixed it just a couple hours later. We were all very happy with everything! Thank you!

Perfect for a multigenerational family vacation - even better than expected!

Such a spacious house with easy beach and pool access made for a SUPER enjoyable vacation. It's definitely bigger and better than the pictures! Our family is used to taking chairs, beach toys, towels, etc. and to be safe we brought some with us. Absolutely this wasn't necessary. Bruce and Amanda had purchased new chairs, new toys, new beach towels.... Also, was so responsive and gracious with all my many questions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. We will be back.

Perfect Beach House

This is the ideal beach house for a medium sized family. Location is perfect. The home is beautiful. The owner was super helpful and responsive. You will not find a better place in Garden City.

Exceptional Home--not like normal beach rental property!

The furniture was VERY nice, mattresses were A+. It felt like a home, elegantly decorated. Beautiful, fresh colors throughout the home with priceless views. The owner has EVERYTHING you need, just look for it. Made doing Thanksgiving easy. My adult kids stated I had outdone myself with this house. Brookgreen gardens Night of a 1000 lights is excellent during holidays. Raves restaurant for breakfast, everything is homemade. Inlet Crab House is great. Both local and close to house. It was a perfect Vaca!!!!

Such a cute beachhouse, and the view can't be beat

The homeowners respond quickly and helpfully. The view from the two decks is fantastic. And, I could actually see the ocean from my bed in the room I stayed in. The homeowners were so thoughtful, and left beach towels for our use. They also provided us with a packet of information so we would know where we could shop nearby for any items we might need. I would definitely stay there again if I were going to Murrell's Inlet.

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location

My family had a wonderful time during our stay at The Surf Shack. The property was clean, comfortable and in the perfect local. Bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, umbrellas and sand chairs were provided by the owner. Check in and out was a breeze. The ability of some family members to use the pool (cleaned every morning by a maintenance crew) while others enjoyed the sand and ocean, just steps away, was a plus. The owner quickly answered any questions I had and was extremely friendly and communicative. I love to ride my bike and had no problem peddling to nearby stores and restaurants. I highly recommend staying at The Surf Shack, you won’t be disappointed!

Awesome location

We loved the property. We are from Idaho and were celebrating our daughters graduation from SVU. We had our 4 grown children and a few of their spouses plus a few grandchildren. Plenty of room to spread out and find a quiet spot. Right on the beach with access to a pool. This place is far enough away from the frenzy of Myrtle Beach but close enough to restaurants, ice cream shops and golf. They also had plenty of beach chairs and toys plus a bbq to grill with. Highly recommend this house as an seaside oasis.

Amazing beach house!

My family of 7 had an amazing stay at this property celebrating my daughters college graduation. It was right off the water with amazing views and amenities. Amanda was an awesome host and gave me every thing I needed before staying at her home. Great response time on messages and I would suggest this home to all of my friends!
