Why Randy & Janae McHone chose Olympic Peninsula & Pacific Coast

We loved the outdoor space and the privacy it provides us. The house was well suited for our family and entertaining. It is so peaceful here yet so close to shopping and outdoor activities

What makes this apartment unique

House is on a dead end street so traffic is minimal and very quiet and safe. Back yard is private and surrounds you with towering trees and ferns next to a seasonal creek.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Peter and Linda were perfect guests! Did not want them to leave! They were a joy to talk too and so considerate of the property and were very active in exploring as much of Our Olympic National Park as they could in 2 1/2 weeks. They shared each trip with youthful excitement that was so refreshing! Peter said that the park staff at the visitor center were over the top helpful in planning their adventure. We do hope they come back soon we enjoyed their time with us! Randy and Janae

Our stay at this location was outstanding. The owners were very considerate, gracious, and accommodating.

We enjoyed the property, its location and surrounding beauty from the back yard. The forest and stream were beautiful. The patio area was very nice. Due to the snow and cold weather we were not able to benefit from it.

The indoors room was fully functional. It included a living area with full kitchen, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a full size bed. There was nothing lacking for our stay. We ate and slept well.

We would highly recommend it for anyone desiring to stay in this area. The price was very reasonable.

The location was perfect for us. It was on the east side of Port Angeles.

We give our stay a five star rating and would stay again.

Thank you

We stayed 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. They even had all sorts of condiments and miscellaneous items you could need for any cooking.

Couldn't be happier!

Randy & Janae have created a warm, cozy, clean place to stay in the perfect location. Close to Hwy 101, Safeway and gas station but far enough off the Hwy to have peace & quiet. It is well stocked with everything you need. With food allergies we chose not to eat out and prepared breakfast & dinner in the apartment & packed a lunch for our days activities. We were able to explore Cape Flattery, Hurricane Ridge, Lake Crescent where we hiked Marymere Falls as the Spruce Railroad hike was closed.

The bed is very comfortable. I have problems with sciatic nerve and never had so much as a twinge of pain from the bed and even overslept the first morning (which I rarely do). We have never seen a place so well stocked with towels :).

Randy & Janae respected our privacy but were quick to answer any questions or help us with anything we needed, showing genuine interest and concern when they heard my friend was sick from the lunch we ate on our way up.

We enjoyed eating our dinners on the patio. So relaxing after spending the days hiking and exploring.

I would most certainly want to stay here again on my next visit.

Very convenient to Olympic National Park.

Property is well maintained and a great place to stay for two people. Can accommodate threel or even four, but that would be a stretch for more than a couple of days. The two of us would happily stay there again. The owners are friendly and accommodating.
