The home has easy beach access across the street! It is located in front of a beach entrance. The house has been upgraded overall. Recent upgrades include master bath updates, new kitchen, new den, new decks updated living room and bedrooms with new closets and fresh paint overall the house. Very large, open living and dining area has bright, beachy decor. Central air conditioning, expanded new kitchen with gorgeous ocean views, including microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. House includes washer/dryer, 2 Flat Screen TVs, 2 DVD players, WiFi, deck, outside shower, charcoal grill and picnic table in the yard. Offstreet parking for up to 5 vehicles. Can't beat the location

Nice house with large kitchen and living space. Steps from the beach and plenty of parking. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, Location, Location

This property is located in the best spot. The beach is just a quick walk down the path. The neighborhood is quiet but close to everything. The house itself has a big indoor common area which was great for our group. Perfect for our family. We had a wonderful time

Excellent property! Would definitely recommend for families

Our first trip to Delaware, and this house made it wonderful. As close to ocean front as you can get without being ocean. Great views. Great parking. Close enough to everything but in a quiet area. Owner was accessible, friendly and accommodating. Nothing but good things to say. Very spacious house that was more than enough for our family of 5! Would highly recommend.

Perfect beach week

We enjoyed our South Bethany Beach week. This was our 6th trip to SBB (first time in this home) and we find SBB to be a truly special place. The home is perfectly-appointed, comfortable, and just steps away from the beach.
