Welcome to Marlin Key in gorgeous East Orange Beach! This low density complex is one of the most sought after in the area. Known for it's amazing views and much less crowded beaches, Marlin Key is the perfect vacation spot. The location is fantastic, just a mile from the Florida state line, and within a short walk or drive to many shops and several options for dining.

When you arrive at Marlin Key, you'll find covered and assigned parking, making for easy unloading, and there are carts located convenient to the elevator. The condo has been completely remodeled inside and it's absolutely beautiful. There is a split floor plan with two queen suites located on the North end of the unit, and the huge master bedroom located on the South end, which faces the Gulf. The master has a king bed, a single day bed with a trundle, and an awesome private bath! Huge windows make for amazing views facing both South and West. The living room has Gulf views, as well as views of the bay and Ono Island. The kitchen is spacious and comes complete with dishes, cookware, silverware, and many other important kitchen items. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo located in a large laundry room.

Very clean. Nice location too.

Very good experience. However, it seems that the many added fees to the per day cost seemed excessive. But the condo was very clean and very nice. We loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marlin Key 4A. Beautiful condo and the location is perfect. The beach is easy to access and very kid friendly. The chair rental service was very helpful too.

Lovely unit

Loved the Unit and the complex! Such a short walk to the water. Only issue was that the rental company only gave us one parking pass and we had two vehicles and it caused us to have quite a lot of issues with security. After we had to drive back to Poole Rentals and PAY $17.00 for another pass and then security still put warnings on the car because we didn't write the tag number on the pass! I usually just stick the pass on my mirror and don't have to fill out anything. There should have been better communication between property manager and us. When you rent a three bedroom unit, they should at least ask how many vehicles! Just for future reference. We still loved our trip🐠�

Owner's Response: We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. The quote you were given only included one pass as noted in the property description. It also states that you may purchase up to one additional pass if needed (not to exceed two as dictated by the property association). You could have purchased the pass at the time you picked up the keys and we went over everything with you in order to save a trip back. We do apologize for the inconvenience and the problems with security. It appears a few properties in that area hired some extra security for the holiday weekend and they were not informed that the associations no longer require the tag number to be noted on the parking pass.

Wonderful beachfront condo with beautiful views!

This unit was wonderful! We were three couples and it was perfect for us for a 4-day Thanksgiving getaway. We each had a bedroom and bathroom and each room has a tv, so those who wanted some private time had space to get away. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was more than adequate, comfortable furniture, but definitely the best part was the view! The unit is up on the top floor, so no one above you making noise, and on the end. So you had a view of the ocean and also a view to the side of the bridge over the water, it was just amazing. There were carts to help you get your stuff in to the condo which were super helpful. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, just excellent. We loved it and will definitely be back!
