You must be 22 years of age or older to rent/stay alone in this condo. We are very strict with this policy.

When reserving, double check that the email address is correct or you will not receive email responses from VRBO and the owner will have no way of knowing that you are not receiving these. The owner ALWAYS sends a personal confirmation, if you do not see a message within 24 hours of booking, go into VRBO/Homeaway and verify that you entered your email correctly and look for messages from the owner.

Steps from Estes Park’s beautiful downtown Riverwalk, this condo is a 2-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath loft with a full kitchen and vaulted ceiling. This condo sleeps 6 with the fold out couch with comfortable foam mattress. We have a pack and play for our youngest guests.

It has beautiful views of the rock sculpture behind from windows in the ceiling. While you sit on the deck out front you can gaze at a majestic mountain view. This building has shared deck/patio spaces which include chairs, picnic tables and shared gas grill.

*Cancellation Policy: Cancellation refund of a 100% outside of 30 days. Then, 50% if outside of 15 days, with $50 charge for credit card processing that we are charged by VRBO. If inside of 15 days you will forfeit your entire payment.Your deposit and cleaning fee will be returned to you. We recommend that you consider trip insurance if there could be a chance for late notice cancellation.

Notes:

We do not have A/C. Most places in Estes Park do not as MOST days and evenings are very mild and the mountain fresh air is preferred. If you are extremely sensitive to heat, you may want to consider one of our garden level units in the summer as the weather here is unpredictable and one may experience unseasonably warm weather.

Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 10am. Please do not ask for an early/late arrival/departure as it is rarely possible due to the schedule of our cleaners, especially in the summer. Owner will notify you if an early arrival is possible.

This unit does not have washer/dryer.

We provide dressers for clothing but no closets. There are hanging racks with hangers for hanging coats and other clothes.

We provide eight towels; you may want to bring more if you feel you may need them.

No smoking and no pets, please.

There are occasional times when we need to enter the condo for a repair, to restock something for our cleaners, etc. We always do it during the day and always make an attempt to contact our guests beforehand but if we don’t get a reply, we may knock and if no one is there, let ourselves in to do the brief maintenance. If we get reports/complaints of rowdiness, smoking or pets, we will come check on our property without notice to the guest.

Certain prime summer weekends/holidays we may not permit a Saturday check-in/out. Email owner to check if you would like to book on a Saturday.

We love this condo because of it's spacious floor plan and ability to sleep 6. It's rustic and has a great view off the deck outside.

What makes this condo unique

The best thing about this home, besides the comfortable living space is the short distance to everything downtown. Don't worry about trying to find a parking space in town because you can just walk anywhere.

Was a wonderful stay at the Lofts in Estes Park. This unit had everything we needed and more. Clean, comfortable and updated. Having it right downtown was so convenient. Nice just walking out the door to downtown stores and restaurants. The parade of lights was great for the family to see, what a sweet little town. And so close to the Stanley hotel and visiting there was fun. Like having a Hallmark visit with the family. We Loved it

Great location!

The condo was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants in downtown Estes. The mountain views were spectacular and the river sounds very soothing! Even with the road so close to the condo, it was very quiet and restful! After a day of hiking, the condo had everything we needed for a relaxing evening. Kelli was very easy to contact with questions during our stay.

We will definitely return!

Pleasant Stay in Estes Park

This is a very nice condo. It is clean, well furnished, and has everything you need to enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park. We were there for 5 nights in mid-May and the weather was cool at night and warm during the day. While the unit is not air-conditioned, you can open most of the windows to get cross ventilation. The ceiling fans are a big help.

Is a very nice place and very quiet, the only inconvenience was the sheets, blankets and pillows were stinky, like dust.

Owner's Response: I'm so sorry to hear about the sheets. I will certainly mention this to our cleaners. Our places are rented frequently so they should not have been dusty. I know they come back to us wrapped in plastic from the laundry, perhaps it was a smell from that. Besides that, I'm glad you had a nice time and found our place quiet.

Spring Break--For a Teacher

Booking on-line always makes me nervous but Kelli and Tony made it so easy with great communication via email. We were even able to get into our unit early thanks to Kelli. Unit #6 was very well organized and clean. Plenty of supplies for us to cook and relax. The weather was sunny, calm and high 60's so that helped. Thank you so much for making this trip stress free and enjoyable.

Great Estes Park location

The unit is just steps away from many shops and restaurants and a short drive to RMNP. Kelli was easy to work with and even moved up our arrival time without us asking since it was ready. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our long weekend (shampoo, body wash, paper towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, etc). We'd stay here again.

Lofts of Estes - #6

My wife and I traveled to Estes Park with our 2-year-old son for a quick spring break getaway and we couldn't have been more pleased with this condo. Besides the price and location, the comfort of the unit was top notch. My wife's parents decided to come out for a couple of nights and the five of us fit comfortably. We even saw a herd of elk right in front of the condo walking down the street the first morning. The owners also got back to us with any questions we had in a timely manner.

We are already trying to find a time where we can go back! I'd highly recommend this unit!
