You must be 22 years of age or older to rent/stay alone in this condo. We are very strict with this policy.

When reserving, double check that the email address is correct or you will not receive email responses from VRBO and the owner will have no way of knowing that you are not receiving these. The owner ALWAYS sends a personal confirmation, if you do not see a message within 24 hours of booking, go into VRBO/Homeaway and verify that you entered your email correctly and look for messages from the owner.

Steps from Estes Park’s beautiful downtown Riverwalk, this condo is a 2-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath loft with a full kitchen and vaulted ceiling. This condo sleeps 6 with the fold out couch with comfortable foam mattress. We have a pack and play for our youngest guests.

This is a DOWNTOWN condo, this means that there could be traffic noise from the road, most of our guests do not notice or mind but we like to be up front about it. The appeal to this location is its proximity to shopping and restaurants. In the busy summer parking can be difficult (it's easier the rest of the year), the nice thing here is that you can park once and use the free shuttle system that the city provides, making your stay so much more laid back.

It has beautiful views of the rock sculpture behind from windows in the ceiling. While you sit on the deck out front you can gaze at a majestic mountain view. This building has shared deck/patio spaces which include chairs, picnic tables and shared gas grill.

*Cancellation Policy: Cancellation refund of a 100% outside of 30 days. Then, 50% if outside of 15 days, with $50 charge for credit card processing that we are charged by VRBO. If inside of 15 days you will forfeit your entire payment.Your deposit and cleaning fee will be returned to you. We recommend that you consider trip insurance if there could be a chance for late notice cancellation.


We do not have central A/C. Most places in Estes Park do not as MOST days and evenings are very mild and the mountain fresh air is preferred. We have installed two stand up air conditioners which help when the weather is unseasonably warm.

Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 10am. Please do not ask for an early/late arrival/departure as it is rarely possible due to the schedule of our cleaners, especially in the summer. Owner will notify you if an early arrival is possible.

This unit does not have washer/dryer.

We provide dressers for clothing but no closets. There are hanging racks with hangers for hanging coats and other clothes.

No smoking inside or within 50 feet of building and no pets, please.

There are occasional times when we need to enter the condo for a repair, to restock something for our cleaners, etc. We always do it during the day and always make an attempt to contact our guests beforehand but if we don’t get a reply, we may knock and if no one is there, let ourselves in to do the brief maintenance. If we get reports/complaints of rowdiness, smoking or pets, we will come check on our property without notice to the guest.

The best thing about this home, besides the comfortable living space is the short distance to everything downtown. Don't worry about trying to find a parking space in town because you can just walk anywhere.

Was a wonderful stay at the Lofts in Estes Park. This unit had everything we needed and more. Clean, comfortable and updated. Having it right downtown was so convenient. Nice just walking out the door to downtown stores and restaurants. The parade of lights was great for the family to see, what a sweet little town. And so close to the Stanley hotel and visiting there was fun. Like having a Hallmark visit with the family. We Loved it

Nice little place right downtown!

This is a great little condo if you're staying in Estes. We loved just being able to walk out of our door and be downtown. It was so nice not having to fight traffic or worry about finding a place to park. Even though you are that close to downtown, there wasn't much noise from the street. We were also able to loop around town to get to RMNP so we didn't have to try to go through the main street. The park entrance is just a 5 or 10 minute drive from the condo. There is parking in front of the condo, but it is limited, so you also get a parking pass for the lot across the street in case there's no room in front of the condos. We never had a problem parking at the condos, but it was nice to know that we had an alternative if we needed it. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and we felt perfectly at home! It has A/C units and fans, which was great because it was pretty warm when we were there. The cooking utensils are fairly limited, but we were able to work with what was there when we made dinner at home. But if you are planning on doing a lot of cooking you might want to make sure you have everything you need before you buy your groceries. There are two bedrooms and bathrooms, one set downstairs and the other in the loft area. The kitchen and living area is fairly small, but we were just a group of three so it was perfect for us. The owners were great and very helpful. We had a question one evening and they got right back to us and even called to make sure everything was taken care of. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you don't need a ton of room and want to have easy access to all downtown Estes has to offer. When we are planning our next visit, this will be the place we want to stay!

Fantastic location - beautiful condo!

We really hit the jackpot with this condo. It was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated and included kitchen amenities. The beds were in great shape and comfortable. Super convenient to most everything. Loved being about to walk just a short distance to restaurants, shops, the Riverwalk and to the Visitors Center to get travel info and to catch the Hiker Shuttle to RNP!

Great trip to Estes Park

This condo worked out perfectly for the four of us! Daughter #2 came down with 24-hr. virus(rallied for last day trip through RMNP) so daughter #1 moved downstairs to the fold out couch. Surprisingly, the fold out couch was very comfortable! Comfortable beds as well make for good night's sleep, showers have great water pressure, condo walking distance to tram, downtown, restaurants, etc. EP is a beautiful place and we had a wonderful trip!

Comfortable stay in beautiful Estes Park.

We love Estes Park and visit twice a year. This condo was very comfortable and provided everything we needed. The convenience of #6 was what we enjoyed most. Walk out the front door and you are practically in town, close to the Riverwalk and shopping and restaurants. RMNP entrance was close too. Yes it was summer and traffic was crazy. But once you park the car... getting around town was a breeze.

Great place

This place was wonderful to stay at. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was small but perfectly acceptable for what would be needed. This condo sits on an incredibly busy street and we happened to be there at what seemed like the busiest weekend of the year. We had a very hard time getting out of the driveway. I suspect this wouldn't be a problem the rest of the year.

Owner's Response: Thanks so much. The street is busy which is why we mention it in our description so that people are not caught by surprise. On especially busy summer weekends, I suggest parking in the lot across the street as it is much easier to get in and out of.
