Cozy 210sf studio views of the Ala Wai, Diamond Head, and a partial ocean.

Located a few block from Waikiki beach, the unit contains a queen sized bed, full kitchenette, A/C, flat screen TV, and a dinning table for two. Located on a high floor, this unit is constantly being upgraded and is well kept. Cleanliness is a must here.

The building has a gym ($5 for your entire stay), Pool/Jacuzzi, BBQ deck area, Spa, Rent a Car, Bakery, Lounge, Night Club, Pub, and some GREAT restaurants Cream Pot and Choco, you need to try. It is also a very secured building with 24hr security guards, secured key entry elevators, and security cameras and every hallway, entry way, and elevator.

Location is great, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, 7 minute walk to the main shopping areas and, 5 minutes to Mccully Shopping center, a nice strip mall with all the Asian food you can think of. There are many nice restaurants on your way to the beach and a full grocery store 2 blocks away, Food Pantry on Hobron Lane.

Treat yourself to a clean, relaxing environment and enjoy your well deserved vacation.

Parking in the hotel is $25 for 24 hrs.

Just what we needed! Great location!

We stayed here for a total of 4 days. It was perfect for us! The room had what we needed. It was a nice view. You can see Waikiki beach/ocean...diamond head and the houses on the mountains. We would stay here again! Mahalo!

Condo Unit is Good, Building is So-So

We liked the location of the condo for the bus, a bit further of a walk then we would like (our fault). Overall the condo had clean linens, beach towels, bathroom towels, AC, wifi, and a small kitchenette. We didn't love that the toilet ran quiet a long time before it shut off, and based on pictures we expected it to be a biiiiit bigger, also it's quite bright at night as the curtains don't block out all the light. Jason was a great host who made sure we were settled. The building is rather old but the condo unit itself is updated. I would recommend this for single travellers as my husband and I were a bit on top of each other, and two large suitcases in the condo was a game of Tetris. Thanks for the wonderful rental in Waikiki! Oh, and Cream Pot downstairs for brunch is amazing!

Great little place close to everything

Firstly, Jason is great - great communication and made sure we arrived OK.

The condo is a little small but had everything (we probably had far too much luggage haha).

The location is great, an easy walk to the hustle and bustle of Waikiki but far enough away from it to have a good night sleep.

The bar downstairs is worth a visit, even if only to chat to some locals and join power hour!

Cozy Vacation rental in downtown Waikiki

This vacation rental is about 5-10 minutes walk to the Ala Moana Centre which is a major bus transfer point. It was a very convenient starting point for all our explorations of the island.

The condo has a beautiful view of the canal, city and also a slight oceanview.

We had an issue with the fridge door being on the wrong side, it was difficult to get into. Jason came over within a few hours and had a maintenance worker fix it; so, the customer service was excellent.

The only Wi-Fi was in the hotel lobby, not available in the room. Payphones also available in the lobby.

The kitchen was minimally stocked but it did meet our needs.

I would recommend this unit for the great service, location etc.

Just what I was looking for!

I had a great experience here for a quick stay in early November. The unit was exactly what I was looking for - Very clean and quiet, comfortable bed, nice view, and good location. Jason was also quick to respond to any questions. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach and a few minutes more to the amazing Ala Moana shopping center. I enjoyed breakfast downstairs at the Cream Pot too. The unit is exactly as represented in the pictures. I'd recommend it!

Great location, neat and tidy

The apartment was clean and tidy. Comes with cooking facilities, a full sized fridge, good size bathroom and internet.

Its situated about 800m from the busy Waikiki strip. 1.2km to Ala Moana and allong the major and tourist bus routes. Perfect stay for a couple!
