Villamare 3133 is an ocean view, three bedroom condo located in Palmetto Dunes. This condo is located on the first floor and is accessible by elevator.
The newly painted and decorated living room features a large flat screen TV and has access to a private balcony that offers views of the ocean. The kitchen has granite countertops, and is fully equipped; the dining room offers seating for four. Additional amenities include wireless internet and a private washer/dryer.
All three bedrooms have private balconies with ocean views. The master bedroom offers a king bed, and private bathroom with large garden tub. Bedroom two offers one king bed and TV; bedroom three has two full beds and a private bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.
Villamare is an oceanfront complex located in Palmetto Dunes. This complex offers a beautiful, oceanfront pool (heated seasonally), children’s pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center and indoor swimming pool. A boardwalk leads from the pool deck over the dunes to the beach. Guests are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer – golfing, tennis and miles of bike paths.
The premier Palmetto Dunes resort area features miles of white sand beach, three world-class golf courses and guest fitness and tennis centers. Canoe and kayak through the intricate 11-mile lagoon system or relax with shopping, dining and kids’ activities and entertainment. At the heart of Palmetto Dunes is Shelter Cove Marina, a signature waterfront neighborhood that hosts some of the best island cuisine, boutiques, art galleries, watersports, tours, kids’ events and a weekly waterfront fireworks display (seasonal).

Perfect.
Great property.
Best location in Palmetto Dunes!
You can't get a better location than this property. It's close to the beach and the pool. Our party of 6 adults had plenty of room. Looking forward to our next trip to Hilton Head already!
Beautiful view. Needs updating and maintenance. Wifi only worked in living area.
The total Villamare property is very nice. I'm sure we'll be back!

Impressive property with good view, lovely grounds with ponds and fountains, perfect pool area and of course, the amazing beach !
Unit is directly facing the pool and beach.....great way to enjoy the view and hear the waves 24/7 ! All 3 balconies allow views of the water as well as the gorgeous night and morning skies.
The unit is well laid out with plenty of space for a family or multiple couples. Loved the large soaking tubs in each bedroom.
The unit, however, is in need of updating. Kitchen was OK but several issues existed. Disposal was broken.....but no note to warn us of this. So, when we ran the dishwasher , water backed up in the sink, along with food scraps. The dishwasher has seen better days.....the racks were somewhat broken and the door had to be nearly slammed in order to even get the washer to start. There were plenty of dishes.....but very few glasses, cups and silver for a family of 6.
As stated in previous reviews, the vanity areas in the bedrooms were pretty much useless for doing hair and makeup due to very poor lighting and back-lighting from the doors to the patio. The shower in the bedroom with 2 beds is in bad shape (slider doors don't work and shower head is in need of replacement.). The wallpaper throughout was starting to peel and carpets could have been cleaner. Living room furniture is not in the best of shape and the sliding doors could not be locked nor was there a dead bolt for the front door. With children in the condo, it is problematic that they can "escape" easily and it is not comforting to know they can be opened from the outside (the sliders). Had to rig "door blockers" at night to feel safe.
Not to sound totally negative......we DID enjoy our stay and found the beds comfortable, layout of the unit very workable, soaker tubs heavenly and view enjoyable. Finding big turtles and a "cute" alligator in the ponds was a great surprise. The night nature sounds and gorgeous night skies were an added bonus !
Just feel that the unit needs some real TLC to bring it up to it's potential.
Great view of ocean
The only reason it did not receive 5 stars would be the condo does need some attention to details. However, that being said, it is a great location, close to shopping, restaurants, bike trails, golf course, historic areas, and the beach. Our family of 5 adults enjoyed the villamare resort for its atmosphere, security, and location. One last item, property did have a issue, which was taken care of in a timely manor without interruption to our vacation. Thank you for the promptness in which it was taken care of. With a few fix ups, it would be 5 stars. Enjoy
