Beautiful condo and loved the screened in porch with a fabulous view of the pool and oceanfront!! There was one ice tray and the ice maker was missing a part that made it work so not much ice

Perfect Location

We have stayed at this property several times and it never disappoints. The condo is facing the beach and pool and the view could not be better. The only change I would make is in the master bedroom. The condo could use a larger piece of furniture for storage. There isn’t a lot of room/places to put clothes. The other bedroom has a great closet and dresser.

The condo is beautiful. Everything about the condo itself was amazing, and the owners have done a great job with it. The ocean view is spectacular. I have an autoimmune deficiency, and it’s very important that I be in a non-smoking unit, as this unit is advertised. We think the people below us were smoking, because the condo reeked of smoke our entire stay. Wild Dunes management was unresponsive and sometimes very rude and dismissive. We’ve stayed at Wild Dunes many, many times, and never once had a bad experience. But this was so bad, I’m not sure we will be back. I literally had a splitting headache our whole stay, and I started getting nauseated toward the end of our trip. Someone called us when we got home & apologized, which we really appreciated. They offered to comp us 2 nights on our next stay. But there were really no assurances that this would not happen again nor was there any acknowledgment that allowing owners to smoke in a non-smoking building negates the building being non-smoking. I hope there is something the owners of this particular can do to alleviate this situation for people who stay there in the future. Because their condo is absolutely perfect. It’s a shame someone in another condo could make the experience in this condo so bad.

Great place!!

Our family really enjoyed Tidewater H304. The villa was clean, spacious and had beautiful views. My children loved the loft room upstairs. They didn’t want to leave. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Perfect spot for an ocean retreat!

H304 exceeded our expectations even after the great pictures on the website. Everything is clean, neat, and tidy. Very comfortable furnishings. All kitchen appliances needed for cooking at home are supplied, and there are great restaurants very close as well. Beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are beautiful. Plenty of closet space. We didn't need the upstairs extra sleeping area but enjoyed going up on the rooftop for even more views. The screened back porch with table and chairs is perfect for just relaxing and watching the water, or even for catching up with email. The WiFi worked great. We highly recommend this unit and will definitely be back! Thank you!
