The River House is located 8 Miles from Pere Marquette, 6 Miles from North Muskegon State Park, 5.5 Miles from the historic North Muskegon Blockhouse, 6 Miles from Michigans Adventure Amusement Park and 7.5 Miles from the Winter Sports Complex which offers lighted skating and cross country ski trails as well as a full scale luge! Visit the Historic LST Landing ship in downtown Muskegon, Tour the Hackley House, an immacutlately restored Lumber Baron's home, or check out an actual World War II Submarine and maritime museum, the Silversides, located on the channel separating Muskegon Lake from Lake Michigan.
