Located under the main roof of a quality waterfront home, the self contained flat consists of a queen size bed (in a separate bedroom), fold out sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and separate entrance with private key.

Outside, there are a number of places for entertaining. The front verandah provides the perfect spot to admire the stunning waterfront, with a glass of wine or a BBQ..

The Space:
The property also includes ample space for secure, off-street parking for boats and vehicles.

Guest Access:
This home allows guests to enjoy water activities, such as kayaking and fishing, and long, easy walks along the water’s edge.

Guests have access to two kayaks and can also loan golf carts so that they can explore the beautiful Lake Albert Golf Club and play 9 or 18 holes during their stay.

The home is located a short drive, or a comfortable walk, from the Meningie town centre and amenities.

Pelican Perch Retreat is also a 10 minute drive from Noonameena, the headquarters of the Coorong National Park, and is just 30 minutes to The Bend SA Motorsport Park.

Nice short break with awesome views and sunsets. TV reception a bit intermittent and no wi-fi but otherwise a nice place to stay.

Lovely, lovely location & beautiful unit

We loved the location and the peaceful view of the water. The owner was so accommodating and we truly appreciated the time we had at the property. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay, even much appreciated details such as little soaps and shampoo/ conditioners. Those details make a difference in any stay. Would recommend for any couple as a quiet place to stay.
