At Three Cubs Cabin, you will be centrally located just minutes from Echo Lake, Saco River & downtown, and 15–20 mins to Cranmore Mountain, Attitash Mountain & Story Land. Features include a newly enlarged deck with hot tub & grill, a basement movie/game room with arcades, and a garage with ping-pong & pool tables. Perfect for relaxing, exploring, or gathering with friends & family in every season!

Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV and air conditioner, plus additional portable fans throughout the home for extra comfort. With 2 full bathrooms (including an upstairs bath perfect for little ones), you’ll have all the space you need. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your stay.

Traveling with Kids? We’ve Got You Covered:
We offer 3 Pack & Plays (please bring your own sheets), a double stroller (in the garage), a baby carrier, a high chair, and even two adult beach chairs for your outdoor adventures as the little ones play in the water.

While the garage isn’t used for parking, it’s been insulated and turned into an extra rec space with a ping-pong and pool table (plus plenty of chairs) - a great bonus hangout area.

Step out onto the newly enlarged deck with our outdoor sectional and a hot tub that’s professionally cleaned between every stay. This outdoor space is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of hiking, skiing, or sightseeing.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure the hot tub cover is on and closed.
Report any damage to Megan and Ben, your hosts.
Turn off all interior and exterior lights, arcade games, air conditioners. If winter, leave all thermostats at 68F.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Conway enforces a very strict noise ordinance. Violations lead to immediate removal without refund and violation cost charged to reservation booker.
Absolutely no food or drink in hot tub, if a drain/fill is required because of this it will be charged to the booking credit card.
Garage is not usable for vehicle storage nor is the garage door. Wood burning stove should not be used either.

We come up to North Conway every Christmas and this is by far one of our favorite stays. The place was cozy, nice and clean, had everything we needed. The coffee bar was such a great idea and Megan was great. She had everything detailed out so if you never been you'd have an easy way around. Her communication was A we would definitely stay here again

We had a fantastic stay at this home for our family ski vacation in New Hampshire. The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a group. After full days on the slopes, the hot tub was a huge bonus and a favorite for everyone. The location was very convenient to the ski area, making mornings easy and stress-free. The host was responsive and helpful, and the home had everything we needed for a great winter getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
