Condo is beautiful 2 br 21/2 bath with fully equipped view kitchen. Beautifully landscaped complex bordered by golf course. Short walk to shops. Superb location . Walk to beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Perfect Big Island Condo

My husband and I just returned from our week staying in this condo. It was absolutely perfect. The place is set up with everything you need so you can start relaxing from the minute you arrive - which is exactly what you want to do in Hawaii! The location is so convenient and is just a couple of minute walk to the Kings and Queens shops and the Marriott beach area. The lanai is amazing - we ended up eating in almost every night since we were just so comfortable relaxing on the lanai. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the big Island :-)

Perfect vacation getaway

This condo provided the perfect backdrop for our relaxing Hawaii getaway. Highlights included the amazing views, friendly (and quiet!) neighbors, and a great location to points of interest on both the north and south ends of the island.

To note, both the master and spare bedrooms each have their own attached bathrooms! Such a perfect setup for comfort and privacy. (And David, the owner, was even able to convert the 2 twin beds in the guest room to a single queen bed for the couple traveling with us.)

The vaulted ceilings and wraparound lanai made the unit feel extra roomy and expansive. We were so happy with the overall experience, and it really felt like we hit the jackpot in terms of luxury mixed with value. You just get so much condo for the money with this unit. There are so many amazing places to stay on the Big Island, and we found this to be the perfect place for our group. Thank you so very much!

Paradise

My husband and I walked into this property and were instantly awed by the amazing views of the ocean and the mountains from the living room/lanai. We spent early mornings on the lanai drinking our coffee, and ended the evenings watching the sunset and eating our dinner. We fell in love with this top floor condo and all it had to offer in space and amenities. It is beautifully furnished, and so very spacious! The location was perfect, and we were able to do plenty of walking, whether it be on sidewalks, lava, or just to Anaeho'omalu Beach - a short 10 minute stroll. We had no problem making ourselves at home, and it was truly difficult to leave! Thanks for letting us share your piece of paradise - we will definitely be back!

Excellent Mountain/Ocean Views

This two bedroom penthouse has excellent mountain/ocean views and is an exceptional VRBO getaway. Privacy on the large lanai with lovely trade winds and close to the Kings shops.

Owner is a pleasure to work with and deposit refund was sent back in less than a week.

"PENTHOUSE GET AWAY"

We have traveled to the Orchid Isle since the 70's and have been guests in many condos in Kona and the warm, dry. beautiful village of Waikoloa. However, Unit #302 has its own beauty from other condos. Every evening and morning you are drawn toward its 270 degree view, from the lanai and living room, of Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa (Long mountain) and Hualalai. Tops of coconut palms sway at eye level and trade winds make you forget the heat of the day as you watch the sun set. The condo is exceptionally equipped, quiet, and beds are so comfortable after a day visit to Puako Beach or walk to shops Vista Waikoloa is a great place to visit and enjoy.

Wonderful 2 weeks in Waikoloa

Highly recommend this lovely condo. We are 3 elderly ladies and found everything perfect for us, namely the elevator, walk-in showers and especially 2 1/2 baths. No waiting for br first thing in a.m.(ha ha). We had all we needed. We also had Thanksgiving dinner with other tenants and owners. Met many wonderful people. Access to Hilo was simple via the Saddle Rd. Made several trips over there. Dave was very accommodating. We had our security deposit returned within 2 days of our return. Thanks Dave.
