November at Hali'i Kai

We loved the condo at Hali'i Kai. This is best place to stay on the Big Island, the location is great, close to restaurants and the beaches. We ate at the club house several times because the food was so good.

Wonderful Location

We had a lovely stay over Thanksgiving weekend. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Our daughter was not feeling well and Lisa let us check-in a bit early with no issues. The Ocean club is amazing and the sunsets were beautiful. Lisa and Robert’s place was exactly as listed, super clean with every amenity you could think of! We would definitely stay again.

The property was just as described and pictured. It was clean and beautiful! We really liked the resort and the clubhouse is a great place to watch the sunset. We could see whales each morning from the gym. We highly recommend staying here!

Great location and nice place

My fiancée and I had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean, roomy, and quite comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and cookware. Beaches were a short drive away. Perfect place to say

This is an absolutely wonderful property in a beautiful location. The beds are comfortable and the appliances are all high end. The unit is amazingly well stocked to make your stay easy and comfortable. The resorts restaurant and pool are superb and the area is far quieter than hotels or timeshares. Wonderful place on the Big Island!

We had great communication with our owner, so even when when needed help he was quick to reply or answer. The property is great for the location and amenities! Wonderful tennis courts with rackets in the room, pool and beach club was top notch for watching the sunset. Shopping and theater close by, and easy access to anything on the island. Superb rental!

A wonderful stay in the Big Island

We didn’t know that the condo was upstairs, the shower was a little wonky, and we didn’t know that we had to pay $75.00 parking for 3 days. The condo is very clean, and well thought out with supplies. It’s very well decorated. This is a BEAUTIFUL CONDO, and we enjoyed the stay.

2nd time staying here

This was our 2nd stay at this condo. The condo is exactly as described. The whole complex is beautiful but the pool/fitness area is amazing. The condo layout is perfect for two couples and the 2 king size beds are a bonus. Communication with Lisa was very easy. We would stay here again!

Property was nice but a bit confusing at first. Great pool, nice grounds, wide array of flowers, nice condo with well stocked items thank you. Kids enjoyed it very much, bathroom 2 needs a new shower, kids ended up in master shower every day. Love Hawaii.

A fantastic find, a wonderful stay!!

This condo is wonderful. It made for a comfortable and homey feel for the week we were there. Everything is as-stated. Owners were very responsive for the 2 questions we had during the week. The neighborhood pool and hottub area is inviting, friendly. We highly recommend this property. They even have the beach towels and beach chairs for easy use!!

Hawaii Vacation

We loved our stay! The condo had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable! They had coolers and ice packs in the freezer so we could pack lunches for our beach days. They had beach towels and chairs for the beach as well. They had plenty of laundry pods so we could wash our clothes. This island was beautiful and this was a perfect spot to enjoy our time!! Could not recommend it more!

We loved staying here!

The condo is located upstairs, which is great. It’s clean, quiet, well equipped, and in the heart of Waikoloa village. The beds are so comfortable. The pool is salt water and has a sand bottom hot tub. The gym has the perfect machines and you can’t beat the ocean view, which most of the time means seeing dolphins. We did not mind the walk to the parking spot or the walk to the gym/pool. The grounds are gorgeous, with so many beautiful plants and birds to see. The hosts are helpful and communicative. We will definitely be back.

Welcome to our home in Hawaii. Robert and I pleased to be able to share our home with you. Our family loves Hawaii and getting our home there was a real stretch and dream. We knew however, that it would make many wonderful memories over the years for our 5 children and our extended family and indeed that has been the case over and over again.

Robert and I (and our 5 kids) live in San Clemente, California. Robert works in non-profit healthcare, with exceptionally long hours and many community commitments. I am a nurse but have been raising 5 amazing children for the last 20 or so years. We can never get enough family time and yet as we get older, we simply pine for more of it. Most of our lives we have been exceptionally active in our community, serving and volunteering wherever there was a genuine need and an opportunity. We have included our children as much as possible in these endeavors and feel like it has really helped them become quality community members with exceptional character and values. Yet, one price of all of that is that we are exceptionally busy with too many wonderful activities and thus the need to "unplug" and be away as a family as often as we can. Hawaii was the perfect way to truly "unplug" and be surrounded in a perfect warm and deeply hospitable environment.

Over the course of the last five years, we have used some of the rental income to support Hawaiian vacations for families in our community that will likely never have a Hawaii experience in their lives due to the cost. While our own Hawaii family memories have been priceless, it has been a real pleasure helping some friends and community members make their own memories. Our home there is a gift. OUR SIMPLE GOAL IS TO SHARE A LITTLE HAWAII OR BIG ISLAND VIBE WITH SOME AMAZING FRIENDS AND FAMILY. Please enjoy!
