The host Hannah, and every aspect of this home was perfect. The attention to detail and anticipation of our needs was obvious and much appreciated. The home was stocked with the things we needed including a cooler and beach gear for our day trips. Hannah was responsive and we felt welcomed from the moment we booked. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay!

Amazing condo in Kolea at Waikoloa Beach. Has everything you need, very spacious 2 bed 2 bath. The beach club, with a swimming pool, a hot tub, and a workout room is right behind the beach. Hannah is a great host, quick to respond! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Place To Stay

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay on the big island of Hawaii. The location was central to all of the activities we planned out. Access to the beautiful pool and beach was walking distance and took only minutes. And of course the views were spectacular too. Shops and restaurants were also really close by. This place definitely was fabulous.

Well done, Hannah. The property was located right on ABay with walkable access to the King and Queen Shops. Great pool. All the stuff for beach activities. Kitchen had all the spices and equipment for cooking. Very clean condo. We were very comfortable.

Amazing stay on the Big Island

We loved this condo so much. It was perfect for our family of 4 with two kids under 5. We loved the pool and beach access, especially the sand bottom kids pool. Although, without question, the best part was the beach gear that is included. We packed up the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler with drinks and lunch and a bin of beach toys and headed out by 8am every day to explore beaches around the island. Our favorites were Manini'owali Beach on Kua Bay, Mauna Kea Beach, and Hapuna Beach. Then nights we had dinner at some of the resorts. Ulu at the Four Seasons was hands down the best - highly recommend going for any early dinner to enjoy sunset. Thanks for everything. We will absolutely be back! Communication with the host was easy & prompt - they were even able to accommodate a request for early check-in which I really appreciated.

Wonderful Vacation

Our family had a wonderful visit to the big island while staying at this condo for 8 nights. The location was amazing, the condo was clean and comfortable, and the owner was easy to communicate with the entire time. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful, well-equipped in a great location!

We stayed 14 days. Best stocked condo we’ve ever stayed in, including beach gear. It has a great lanai with very comfortable lounging furniture. Always chaises available by the infinity edge pool, grounds were immaculate. This is a very comfortable condo for 2-4 people. Both bathrooms are en-suite. Everything you need is there when you check-in. Very happy surprise to find a huge bowls of fresh fruit. We’ll be back next year!

Great Property, Great Location

The property was as billed. The unit was in very good condition, nicely decorated, and near area amenities. The grounds were beautiful and the oceanside pool area was spectacular.

Lovely Spot of Paradise!

We were in Hawaii for a family wedding with my son and his family. The condo was well equipped and in a good location. Everything is within walking distance. The pool area was well maintained and right next to the beach. The community is family oriented, well maintained and friendly.

Excellent Location, Wonderful Condo!

We loved our ten-day visit to Kolea 16F. We have always wanted to stay in this complex, and the condo didn’t disappoint. It’s so close to A-Bay and the shops. The best running and hiking trails outside the front door. Wonderfully stocked, and Hannah was a terrific host.

Big Island Trip

This was our second time to visit the big island and we decided to stay at the same condo as last year. This is a great place to stay and has everything we need. The condo has two nice bedrooms with large bathrooms, a nice size living room and great kitchen. It is very clean inside the condo and it is an amazingly beautiful landscaped resort and is quiet. The Lanai is my favorite as we spent every morning and evening listening to the birds and overseeing the beautiful trees and landscaping. We cooked outside a few times on the grill as well. We will be back at some point and most likely will stay in the same condo as it is such a nice place to go home to after a long day of hiking and exploring the island. Also, conveniently located within walking distance to some nice shops and restaurants. Definitely a great place to stay! Thanks, Steven

Great Hawaiian Destination

Wonderful condo located in the Waikoloa area. Easy walk to pool and beach. Parking right outside condo building. Easy walk to shopping areas. I would recommend for adults — too many things to break for kiddos.

There could not have been a nicer place to stay on the island. Everyone loved the condo so much it was in mint condition and in the most prime location for walking to shops close by. The host was super responsive as well and attended to all our needs I couldn’t be more grateful

Excellent Property in a Nice Complex

The Kolea Penthouse (16F) was in a nice location and came fully equipped. The kitchen had every utensil you could think of, the living areas and balcony deck were very comfortable. The unit allows access to the complex's private pool and jacuzzi. The beach is a few minutes walk and a 10 minute walk to LavaLava which is a fun restaurant on the beach. Overall, we had a great stay.

Everything about our trip was amazing. The condo was perfect, we really appreciated the closet full of beach gear like masks and snorkels, boogie boards, fins, chairs, you name it. The location is perfect as well. The host Hannah was super responsive while booking. We hope to come again!

Kolea is the only beachfront community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. We have direct access to Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay), considered one of the "Best Sunsets" on Kohala coast. The condo is a stone's throw away from the Marriot, steps away from King and Queen's Market, and 0.6 miles from Hilton Waikoloa Village. We are a short drive away from World class golf, dinning, and Hapuna Beach, considered one of the best beach in the country by travel magazines
