Your Island Paradise Awaits You! Feel right at home in our spacious 1700 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Villa with an attached garage. This beautifully decorated Villa is just steps away from the resort style pool featuring a lava rock waterfall, Jacuzzi spa, and 4 BBQ's for grilling your favorite local island fish. Whether you enjoy a game of tennis or working-out in the air-conditioned gym, Colony Villas has all the amenities you need.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight with granite counter tops, high-end appliances, including a refrigerator with 2 ice makers! Everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. The dining area offers seating for 8 overlooking the lanai.

The spacious, main living area features 19 foot cathedral ceilings. Set in a beautiful resort but with no one above or below, it feels more like a home. The main living area features a 55 inch flat screen, smart TV, DVD player, stereo system, free Hi-Speed WIFI, and newer carpeting. The sliding glass doors lead out to a tropical paradise with a covered lanai, overlooking the 10th green with additional dining for up to 6 guests.

Making your way upstairs, you will find the master bedroom featuring a king sized Tommy Bahama bed and a walk-in closet. The spacious master bathroom has just been renovated to include granite counter tops, dual sinks, and a beautiful walk-in shower. Wake up to serenity in the morning with your cup of "Kona" coffee overlooking the 15th hole of the Waikoloa golf course off the master balcony.

The first guest bedroom is decorated in a tranquil ocean theme with a queen bed, mirrored closets, and a flat screen TV. The second guest "Hawaiian" themed bedroom, also with a flat screen TV, has two twin beds. The guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with updated quartz countertops. A washer/dryer is in the hallway for your convenience.
In the attached garage is snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, and coolers to make your days at one of the nearby, beautiful beaches fun and exciting. An additional reserved parking spot is also included.

Waikoloa Beach Resort is known for having some of the best weather and beaches on the Big Island. With over 340 days of sunshine and year-round temperatures between 68-86 degrees, the resort area offers world-class golf, dining, shopping, snorkeling, and diving. For the adventurous types, take a Blue Hawaiian helicopter ride and view the Big Island and its spectacular waterfalls. Swim with the dolphins, star gaze on Mauna Kea, or take a drive to Volcano National Park. Spend the day snorkeling or swimming at the Hilton Waikoloa, or bask in the sunshine at some of the highest rated beaches like Hapuna, Mauna Kea, or our favorite for boogie boarding: Kekaha Kai which is just a short drive away. Great stay!

Townhouse was exactly as listed. Great location, with grassy area off back lanai and right across from the pool & hot tub. Overall size and layout was great for our family of 6. Unit was nice and clean upon our arrival. And because we stayed for a month, Seth arranged a mid stay clean, which was a nice bonus. Beds in all the rooms were extremely comfortable. Plenty of extra bedding and towels. There were brand new beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage for use during our stay. Seth was the best host I have ever dealt with! Always very prompt with his replies. We would love to stay here again.

Great stay

We are a family of five and really enjoyed our stay. This is our second time staying at the Colony Villas and we will be back. The location is fantastic and the condo had everything we required. Kitchen is very well stocked and the condo is very clean. Seth is excellent to deal with and helped us deal with a cancelled flight on the way home. I have no problem recommending this rental to others !

This was an amazing condo in a great location. The condo itself was beauty’s d had more than enough amenities that you need. The beach gear (chairs, coolers, snorkels) was so helpful. The information that the owners left was extremely helpful in deciding what to do and answered any questions one may have about the island. Our family enjoyed every second we spent here!

We just stayed here last week with our family of 5 (kids age 5,8,& 10) and we LOVED it. The placed was big and beautiful. Our kids thought we were at a luxury resort! They have every kind of beach accessory we needed and then some. Same went for the things we needed inside the condo. It was clean, quiet, very close to the swimming pool, fitness center, grills, and tennis court. It was also close to some amazing beaches and a good central location to see the Big Island from. Seth was very quick to respond to our questions and easy to work with. We would recommend this place to our family and friends for sure.

Comfortable, well furnished corner unit in Waikoloa Village

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2 storey corner condo unit on the golf course in Waikoloa Village in January 2019. It is an ideal location, with a private patio with outdoor furniture, with hibiscus shrubbery to provide additional privacy. The kitchen is very well appointed, with lots of dishes and cooking implements. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was especially comfortable. The master bathroom is huge, with a walk in shower and his and her sinks! There is additional bedding and lots of towels in the upstairs linen closet. The unit is air conditioned - a necessity on hot days. The tastefully landscaped swimming pool and spa are about 300 feet from the unit. There are many beach items in the attached garage, including snorkeling gear, surf boards, picnic coolers, beach chairs, etc. There are several beaches close by, by car. We visited Hapuna Beach, a state park, with fabulous sandy beaches. Waikoloa Village offers many services, including 2 shopping centers and the Waikoloa Hilton, a stunning resort is about 15 minutes away if you're walking. The dolphins are always a big attraction there. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Island style condo

Perfectly outfitted for our group of six, with a large modern kitchen and living room on the ground floor and upstairs a comfortable king bed in the master bedroom and queen in another. The twin beds in the other bedroom upstairs were a little hard for adults but worked out ok. Lots of snorkeling and beach gear in the garage, and easy access to the pool and tennis courts. A perfect place to stay on the Big Island!

Gorgeous home away from home!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning to spend time on the Big Island. First, the pictures do not do it justice. Seth and Yvonne obviously take such pride in their villa. Such attention was given to the design throughout. And they've left a handmade book of all their favorite places to visit, which we made good use of! Although the property is on the Kona side of the island (which offers the most beautiful beaches in our opinion), we were pleasantly surprised that it was just 1 1/2 hours from the Hilo Airport. So their villa is more than accessible to virtually all the best attractions that the Big Island offers. Further, they make available more than you could expect from any VRBO (we were so happy to make use of their tennis rackets and snorkeling gear). The kitchen is also more stocked with appliances and gadgets than my own at home! There's also more than enough basics (spices, coffee/tea accessories, and some dry goods) to make this an effortless home away from home. There is a pool, hot tub, and tennis court just steps away from the property....seriously, what more could you possible be looking for!

Felt like home!

This property was amazing. The location was great, the size of the unit was great for a family, and the beds were comfortable. We had almost everything we needed. It was great to have the stuff necessary for activities every day and the pool was directly across the way. I would advise to go to the property before buying condiments and whatnot because there was plenty already stocked. It was so nice to come home from a busy day and cook a meal as a family. The only downside was that the TVs upstairs didn't appear to be connected to the satellite and the condo complex as a whole had a lot of rules. Other than that, we were completely happy. Seth and Yvonne gave great recommendations, so follow them!

Well appointed and clean condo

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Four adult extended family members and plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen and Condo well supplied and the nice collection of beach gear was very useful. The pool is close by and very nice. The owners made check in as easy and convenient as could be and were good communicators. If there was any negative to this property, it is the parking. Only a very small vehicle will fit into the garage. There was assigned parking about 100 feet away. This was a slight inconvenience but if parking a larger vehicle, you may want to be aware of the situation in advance .

The townhouse was everything we hoped for. Very comfortable for 6 adults and a baby. Well maintained and very clean. Lots of beach stuff, close location to the pool and bar b que. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely rent this property again. Thank you!

Absolutely Amazing!

This is our 3rd trip to the Big Island and the first time to stay in a townhouse. The moment we walked in the front door we felt like we were at home. It was absolutely beautiful and stocked with anything and everything we needed. The gated community is beautifully landscaped, safe and most importantly quiet. The view of the golf course from both the patio and upstairs balcony was amazing. The pool is directly across the street for easy access. It was the perfect for us and our adult children. We all had plenty of room and never felt cramped or crowded. The surrounding area is great for walking and/or jogging which we did on several occasions. You are also a short walk to the Kings/Queen's Shopping area and the massive Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel. We love Hapuna Beach, however, we spent the last day enjoying the Lava Lava Beach area, it was wonderful as well. So many good things to say about this rental and the owners who were always prompt to answer any questions we had. We look forward to renting this unit again next year.

Beautiful house.spacious 2 floors.the kids really liked here and were reluctant to leave.

Our stay was perfect.The house has everything we needed.the complex is big and safe.there are two pools where the kids loved to stay. Seth and yvone are very nice and helpful.we would definitely recommend this property.

Great place, great location!

Great house with lots of room for traveling with family or friends. Big garage that comes with everything you need for a great day of snorkeling or just relaxing on the beach. House was very clean and well taken care of, it was thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. If we ever make it back to Kona, we will certainly be staying there again. Perfect Condo for our family vacation

We have stayed at Waikoloa Colony Villas in various units over the course of the last 10 years. We loved this unit as it was very well suited for our group of 6. The kitchen was very well stocked with just about everything one would need for cooking and we especially loved the Samsung Refrigerator/Freezer. It was so much bigger than the smaller side-by-side refrigerators that most of the units have. We also appreciated the large dining table. We took advantage of the nice tennis racquets and snorkeling gear and appreciated the hose on the patio to wash off the sand. This unit was very close to the large pool with waterfall and hot tub and to the tennis courts, so it was a great location. Working with the owners was a pleasure. We'd definitely come back!

Lovely Condo- Highly Recommend

We would highly recommend this lovely condo! We just completed our second stay at this property and both times found the owners, Seth and Yvonne, to be very quick and easy to correspond with and helpful in all regards. The condo is beautifully furnished and decorated and has a very well stocked kitchen. There is a large selection of items to use at the beach. The property is well-maintained and very clean. A great place to vacation!

Comfort and WOW factor all in one

This spacious three bedroom villa was an excellent choice for our family of four. The beds are extremely comfortable and we appreciated the high end bedding and linens. As others have said, the kitchen is very well stocked, even a Nutrabullet for those into making healthy tropical drinks. Wi-Fi and new GE appliances worked perfectly, and it was nice being close to the pool. Outdoor patio table with room for six surrounded by tropical foliage was enjoyed in the evenings and during breakfasts in the AM listening to the birds. Seth and Yvonne are easy to reach and very accommodating. Any questions we had once we got there were promptly answered by cell phone and e-mail. There are several beaches close by, including Anaehomalu Bay which is very near Lava Lava Beach club (great sunsets and drinks, try the Skinny Dipper) and OceanSports which has kayaks, SUP and other beach toys for rent and snorkeling/whale watch excursions. We saw several humpback whales and green sea turtles during our trip. Seth and Yvonne have a scrapbook in the villa with photos and other suggestions. We did our grocery shopping at Queen's Marketplace (about a mile from the villa), which is part of the Waikoloa Beach area. Prices were high, as in all of Hawaii, but we focused on the deli area for ready made salads, sandwiches and yogurts. Waikoloa Beach has two golf courses, walking trails through the lava fields and lovely pool/hot tub and tennis court right next to the villa. So no problem staying active. Shopping nearby too, with the King's and Queen's Marketplace. You will be impressed with this villa and your family will appreciate staying here. We did, and it is a good starting point to an indulgent vacation and seeing the rest of the Big Island.

Beautiful and spacious condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seth and Yvonne's condo. The condo was immaculate and tons of room. Beds were comfortable with nice linens. Kitchen had all the utensils you could ever need as well as numerous condiments. Condo was super close to the pool, which was great for the kids. Thanks for the wonderful condo!

As soon as we saw this place we fell in love with it. We wanted the resort lifestyle but the feel of a home. This is a place we can bring friends and family with enough room for everyone. The location of this property is perfect! It is a stones throw away from the pool which makes it convenient to relax by the resort style pool and grill our favorite meats or fish..
