Perfect getaway

We took a short girls trip getaway during the week, Tuesday-Friday. The property is exactly as described, clean and in a safe neighborhood with very close proximity to the beach. The owners were very responsive to messages and questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Greatly enjoyed our time and the easy walk to the Gulf. Beautiful sunsets every night; make sure you go. Cute space that provided all we needed. Love the tropical vibes and enjoyed the swim spa. Greg was very attentive when we ran into an issue with the washer. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Simply wonderful!

I found The Laughing Lizard by accident one day and thought the name was so cute so when I decided to travel I checked it out. I am so glad I did!! It’s small but still has everything you’d need. It’s clean, the bed is very comfortable, the location is perfect, did I mention it’s clean, and the owners are THE BEST! I highly recommend this sweet place. I will return!

Perfect for a getaway with the wife!

We loved our stay! The beach is right across the street, there’s several great places to eat nearby, and the condo was perfect for the two of us! Our only issues were that there was no dishwasher, which really didn’t affect us that much anyways, and that the smoke detector started chirping one night because of low battery and we were unable to get a hold of the owner. We bought some batteries and replaced, but the owner was very apologetic and also went out of his way to bring us a gift card to the restaurant across the street. The condo has everything you need for a day at the beach, umbrellas, coolers, towels, sunscreen, etc. The giant shared hot tub outback was also a great touch for the rainy days. We would definitely stay here again!

The Laughing Lizard studio was a great space for the two of us. Everything we needed was right there, including items for our beach day. The wagon, chairs and umbrella were great. The location was great with a bar right across the street that we visited several times. The beach was right across the street and a short walk to the actual water. We'll be back soon!

Cozy Getaway

There was a bit of confusion regarding check in time with the property manager, but other than that, this was a wonderful place to stay. It’s close to the beach, local restaurants, bakeries, and shops, and the neighborhood felt safe and cozy. Just minutes away from Clearwater and St. Pete’s by car, and less than an hour to Tampa Int. Airport, this place really can’t be beat.

cute and convenient

so close to the beach and cute shops/restaurants right across the street. Owner was very communicative and made everything very smooth. Only issue, and this was my own fault for not reading description more thoroughly is that there is no stove in the kitchen. there is a toaster oven and microwave, crock pot all provided, my mistake for not noticing. but property is very nice overall!
