Ideal location

Overall the property was fine. We were surprised that the second bedroom had no windows, nothing was mentioned in the listing. Master bedroom was large, bright and comfy! master bathroom- the main light is connected to the fan. That drove us crazy. It should be connected to the tub light. Second bathroom/light switch was hidden behind the door - also poor design. I spent my first day cleaning floors along corners and baseboards alot of caked dirt. Lighting throughout was dingy. Kitchen “stuff” not impressive, The size of condo was perfect, location was excellent, the building overall was great—covered parking was awesome. We would definitely stay at Madeira Bay Resort— but in a different condo with more updated amenities.

We enjoyed every bit of this experience. It was central to the shops at John Pass and beach was easily accessible. The condo was very spacious, comfortable, and cute. It had all the things we needed to cook our meals. Very pleased!! The only problem was 1 parking pass per unit so my daughter had to pay extra for overnight parking x2 days/overnights. I understand space is limited but we couldn’t all come at the same time in one car. For the price of the stay, it would have been nice to have at least a discount in the Parking Pay lots nearby. Other than that, I will definitely be coming back to this place again. We had a wonderful time

Great location for beach

this condo is perfect for getting to the beach . The condo was nicely decorated, however some updates are needed. The couches and stools at the kitchen counter need to be updated for comfort and safety. We did have an issue with the bed in the second bedroom and it took multiple times talking with the staff to get it resolved. They finally gave our friends a key to another condo for one night before it was remedied. With that being said, the kitchen was well stocked to be able to cook a meal or two. Having dish soap handy would be nice so that you don't have to run the dishwasher for only a few dishes.. We regularly have stay in condos on our trips.

No complaints at all! We’ve stayed in different places around the area. In comparison to other places we’ve stayed……super clean, views of the ocean from master and living area/kitchen, very spacious, great for families, *large kitchen* and a very convenient walk to the beach!!!

Great Beach condo!

Enjoyed our 4 day stay in Madeira Beach. The condo is conveniently located across the street from the beach...restaurants and shops (John's Pass) all within walking distance. Would recommend that owner provide beach chairs and towels. Coming from out of state, by air, guests don't always have option to bring their own.

Great location!

The condo was clean and comfortable. Had a view of the beach, which was across the street, but you could still see it. I would have liked softer towels. Staff were nice and check in and out was very easy. The only thing is having to keep track of keys. It is nice when I stay at places that have keyless entry. The pool / spa was nice and clean, not very big, but it was never over crowed. The beach, shops and restaurants were just short walks to get to. Great location! The only thing I had to get used to was the traffic noise.

Great Location!

The stay was wonderful. We woke every morning to have coffee on the patio, looking at the Gulf. The full kitchen was excellent for our week stay, and it was fully equipped. The master bedroom was comfortable with the ability to open windows and an on-suite. The living room had comfortable couches after a day of meandering and I believe one even was a pull out, although we didn’t use it. There was a nice fitness room compared to many hotel “fitness” areas, complete with free weights! We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but they are available. The best upside was that one of Madeira Beach’s parking lots and entry was directly in front of our building with a crosswalk for easy access. We’ll be back!

We had great time! 2 min Easy walk to beautiful beach was pleasant. Great places to walk to for restaurants and shopping. Perfect placed between St Pete and Clearwater for access to activities. Great beds, well equipped kitchen, easy check in. Very clean!
