Condo was great. Only negative was bed not the most comfortable. But overall very nice.

Family Vacation

The condo was nice and clean. The elevator is extremely slow- so we used the steps a lot. Beach was beautiful and family oriented. Pool is a little small (but kids swam) and we had issues with teenagers jumping the fence to swim and party (Police were there twice- second time they threw fireworks at our condo-causing more police and fire department)

We have been coming to SeaBreeze for many years for family vacations and are never disappointed. We have tried other condos from time to time but always come back to SeaBreeze. Location is perfect and accomodations are always comfortable. TRS is so friendly and easy to work with. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Perfect stay

We stayed from Saturday to Saturday. Location was great for walking to Johns Pass. Pool and hot tub were great! Beach was not overly busy. Definitely recommend!

Unit nice, property isn’t

Elevator is the slowest elevator and stopped working multiple times while staying that week. Pool/spa is also not very cleanly or sanitary. Property needs a lot of work and had a very poor experience with management company.

Great location and unit

Great location on Madeira Beach. Unit is spacious and nicely appointed, and we’ll come back. It was clean inside but we had to wash down the balcony furniture before we could sit on it.

The condo was very clean & everything looked really nice. Owners had everything you needed. Loved the wrap around couch & rocker, very comfortable. Loved the beach, fishing was great. Hope we can return next year.

Experience was great, despite a few things -- overall, very nice unit that was clean. On the positive side, the baby proofing items were awesome to have and a great idea for other units! We felt like everything else was very clean and tidy -

We would’ve chosen differently

The space suited our needs. It was a nice condo, however, there was a ceiling light burned out as well as a lamp broken. The pool is much smaller than it looks online and gets crowded easily. It also was green/murky when we arrived. The elevators feel like a death trap. The location is good. The condo space was nice. If we could do it over we possibly would’ve chosen differently.

Very clean, well maintained condo with beautiful views

Our family had a wonderful time in the condo. It was clean, well maintained. There was one day where the elevator was out, but other than that we have no complaints. Would definitely stay there again!

We love staying at the Seabreeze and this condo had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the tall chairs on the balcony, best view of the ocean and watched the dolphins in the morning. Great location, we walked everywhere we wanted to go. We will be back again

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the seabreeze! The location was great and convenient! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week! We loved going outside each morning and watching the ocean, one morning we got to see a few dolphins playing and swimming close to shore! We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo and would stay again. The condo was exactly as represented in the description. Everything was clean and in working order. Beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. John's Pass is within walking distance.

Perfect location!

This condo is in a perfect location for a chill beach vacation! Beach was beautiful! The condo was very clean upon arrival. The living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms were updated and very nice. The kitchen could use some updating as well as the patio furniture. In addition I would recommend a keypad entry system that would eliminate the need to pick up and drop off the keys. Other condos in the complex had this and made it easier for guests at check-in/check-out and not having to keep track of keys while trekking back and forth from the beach all day. A note to future guests- bring your own beach towels! Overall, we had a great stay at this condo and would definitely recommend it to others.
