Villamare 3526 is an end unit (very quiet) on the 5th floor of Building #3. The unit has a southerly exposure which makes it rooms and terraces bright and sunny all year round, especially in the winter months. The kitchen has been remodeled with all stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The Kitchen is equipped with all you will need for a busy active family.

The living room is comfortable and cozy with plenty of seating for all, new flooring and a 42" Flat Screen TV on a moving arm. We have provided over 200 channels and music on Demand for you. The Living Room Terrace has views of the ocean as seen in the pictures provided.

The Dining Room table seats 4 plus 2 bar stools make dining easy for your busiest days at the beach.

The Master Bedroom has new furniture in 2016 and a 32" flat screen. The Master Bathroom, remodeled in 2016, has a privacy glass partition added between the Sink area and Master Bedroom. The Master Bath area has new cabinetry and granite counters.

The Second Bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and a large private bath and shower. We have added child proof locks on the sliding glass door for your safety and peace of mind.

We are in Building #3 which has 2 elevators for your convenience and underground parking.

This unit is Owned by Brookview Gardens, Inc. a charitable non profit with headquarters in West Orange, New Jersey.

The Foundation owns multiple properties in Hilton Head SC, and New Jersey. The Foundation donates 5% of its net worth each year to deserving charities including The Boys and Girls Clubs, Eastern Christian Children's Retreat for Special Needs Children, Double Harvest of Haiti, and Paterson NJ inner city after school programs, to name a few. My husband is the Vice President and COO of Brookview Gardens, Inc and I have the pleasure of extending my 25 year real estate career by being the property manager of Villamare 3526. We are leaving tomorrow after spending a month here. The condo Is very nicely decorated and accomadates 4 people quite well. The few minor problems we had (toilet and heating ) were quickly fixed. We loved the proximity to the pool and beach. The grounds are nicely landscaped, loved seeing flowers in bloom! We would highly recommend this unit. The owner /manager was very accommodating and even allowed us to spend an extra night at no additional charge.

Owner's Response: Hammering'....that can ruin your vacation and I'm sorry for the noise. Villamare requires all updates and remodeling to be done within a strict period of time during the year. If I had known about the noise, i would have mentioned it when you booked. Again, I understand that your time was NOT perfect!!

The property was well kept and beautiful!

We loved staying at Villamare 3526. My family (husband, 2 year old daughter, and my parents) enjoyed everything about the condo. Being so close to the beach and pool in such a comfortable space made for a relaxing, yet fun filled week for everyone.
