Luxury Scottsdale Resort- Why rent with a broker when you can rent from a owner.
Why rent a house when you can rent a condo on Resort and have all the Amenities of a resort of a condo setting on a resort. With this rental you also get access to the Westin Resort located next door with wave pool and a big lazy river and huge water slides. Blackout dates for usage at the resort may apply.

This is for a two bedroom lockout villa- that sleeps nine with a king bed in each bedroom-two bathrooms- 2 sleeper sofa and you can get a full kitchen plus 2 washer and dryers-2 balconies. You can get a rollaway bed for approx $5 a day and then the unit sleeps nine.

On site at the Villas you can enjoy multiple swimming pools, jacuzzis, water slide, indoor and outdoor game “rooms”, a fabulous clubhouse with mini-mart and snack bar, exercise facility and spa services. You’ll also be able to enjoy the amenities at the adjacent Westin Kierland Resort and Spa, including swimming pools, water features, full service spa, championship golf and world-class dining. Westin Kierland Villas is the perfect setting for your Arizona vacation. Within a short walk (free shuttle service) you'll find an abundance of specialty shops and casual to fine dining options. When not relaxing around the resort you may choose to have the concierge arrange a day trip to the Grand Canyon, hot air balloon ride, desert Jeep tour, or direct you to numerous local activities. So many choices...so little time..

1-BEDROOM STANDARD

One bedroom deluxe is approx. 500 sq ft. Has a king bed in the bedroom a living room with a queen size pull out sofa bed and a kitchenette with washer and dryer.
1-BEDROOM Premium

This large 1-BR is approx. 900 sq ft has a bedroom with , king bed, whirlpool tub, cable/color TV and balcony. The living room has a fireplace, queen size sleeper sofa, dining area, full kitchen and washer/dryer.



2-BEDROOM Lockoff

This unit combines the 1-BR and the Premium 1-BR into a 2-BR lockout .
Blackout dates for usage at resort may apply due to pandemic.

The only glitch was the checking as the reservation wasn't under my name as it should have been but everything else was wonder full. Cute/clean unit, great location and friendly staff!

The accommodations were perfect for young families who need a little more space .

Accommodations were great and in great proximity to the Weston hotel next door and the Kierland Commons shops, all within walking distance. We also enjoyed use of the pools at both the villas and the hotel.

Scottsdael trip Westin Kierland Villa

Retirement celebration

Renting from Sho was totally seamless. Excellent service. We got exactly what we expected and at what seemed like a very fair cost. The Kierland resort is a great property, the rooms are comfortable and quiet and the location is excellent. We went there to celebrate my retirement and to take in the Phoenix Open, which is held nearby.

Scottsdale Family Trip

We decided to meet some friends that have a timeshare with Starwood. This was their 3rd trip to the Westin Kierland and recommended we join them. My wife and 3 children (all under 10) had a blast. The property is family oriented and close to shops and other activities. We ventured out on a short road trip to Canyon Lake and Tortilla Flat about an hour away from Scottsdale. Great family and adult pools. I also signed up for a 3 day golf package that was right on the property. Great trip and fun memories. Thanks to Sho...made the booking easy and great follow up.

You can't beat the Westin Villas

We have stayed at the Westin Villas numerous times. It has never disappointed, this time was no exception. Sho's unit is in a perfect location to adult pool and restaurant. The Villas daily activities have something for everyone. We look forward to our next stay.

Beautiful resort, great service, and perfect accomodations

Being from MI, this was a long way to travel but it was well worth it. The service and amenities at the WKV are top notch, and it's in a great location for shopping, golf, hiking, spring training baseball, and just sitting by the pool. The unit itself was well appointed, up to date, and slept our family and children comfortably. It was just so nice to be able to relax or be active from such a nice base of operations. Our owners did a very honest job representing the unit.

Great vacation

We had a great time at Westin Kierland Villas. Our unit was very spacious for 4 people. Two kids and two adults. Easy location to access many amenities on the property. The unit was very easy to reserve and communication was easy. One of the downsides was the check - in was not very welcoming. It also takes a long time to get a drink or food at the pool. Our other issue is that both of my children have celiacs disease. Meaning no gluten. They have a gluten free menu that is not consisitent between the two pools. (same menu some with a GF some without.) They state their wings are gluten free when in fact they are placed in a fryer with gluten ingredients. Luckily our unit was so well equipped and there is a safeway so close I made most of my kids foods.

Excellent Scottsdale Resort

We enjoyed our week at the Westin Kierland Villas. The resort had excellent amenities, very helpful staff, and good golf on-site. We frequently used the shuttle service to both the Westin hotel and to The Commons, which was very convenient. The accommodations were clean, and well furnished. Appreciated how helpful and responsive Sho was,; it was easy to make arrangements with her and felt very confident because of her professionalism.

Fabulous Resort/Service

This was our first stay in Scottsdale using a VRBO property and I have to say, Sho was wonderful to work with. She replied quickly and was accommodating for all of our needs/questions. I would recommend this property as well, we plan on going back next year. The location is central to The Commons area that has super shopping/restaurants. Great Location - Excellent Service and Follow-up

We have stayed in Scottsdale and Phoenix area for the past few years, this was our first stay at the Kierland Westin Villas. Fabulous stay with the help of Sho Silkes

Sho Silkes did a fabulous job in helping me find a great place to stay within minutes of my family needing a large villa somewhere. We live in Montana and my wife needed medical treatment at the Mayo in Scottsdale and another hospital. We thought we would need to stay for only 4 days but in ended up being almost a month for all the Dr visits. Sho was very quick and competent with email and phone communication. We will use her company for all of our traveling needs. On top of her travel expertise her rates are great too which saved us hundreds of dollars per week.

Amazing Stay at Westin Kierland Villas

We just had a very pleasant stay at Westin Villas, all arranged by Sho. Booking through Sho was really easy, she answered all my questions before the booking was done. We were traveling with our 8 year old daughter and all of us enjoyed the trip. I asked for an early Checkin and the room was ready way before the normal Checkin time (usually 4 PM) for us. The Villa was clean and spacious; WiFi available free of charge in the room, the pool was great with lots of activities for the Kids. Thanks again Sho for making our stay enjoyable.

Amazing family trip

Travelling with our young daughter can be stressful, but reserving a Westin Villa through Sho made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. She responded promptly to emails, and even let us know when an upgraded villa became available for our dates. The villa itself was gorgeous, clean, and spacious, and we used the patio daily. The pool area at the Villas was nice as well, and the kiddie pool was perfect! We never ended up needing to go the resort pool at all. We had a great time, and would highly recommend this to couples or families looking for a relaxing trip.

Fell in love with this property the first moment I saw it This property is situated on a beautiful golf course and is breathtaking to look at. . Luxury resort with all the amenities of a resort. I love to travel with my family. My husband has spoiled me and only taken me to the most magnificent resorts in the world and this one is definitely a must see. My children absolutely love this resort and all the amenities it has to offer. They also really enjoy the Kierland Resort and Spa which you have full access to if you stay on this property. There is so much to do and staying here will truly be a relaxing vacation for all to enjoy.
