Beautiful views and perfect location in the heart of Sedona. Great for peaceful resting on the spacious deck with nice views of the red rocks or stargazing. Close to hiking, there is a trail right out the front door on the mountain and shopping in the local downtown Sedona shops and art studios. FREE CABLE & WIFI. Great Five Star Restaurants close by or cook your own dinner in the well stocked kitchen with an outdoor BBQ. Firepit in the large, fenced backyard for outdoor gathering & fun or relax at night under the stars. Retire to your own bedroom with adjoining bath/shower, sleeps 6 people/couples. Beds are a king size and a queen size with another room with a full-size futon. Very cozy and a wood burning fireplace in the living room.

Great location

The house was well stocked and had a large back porch with a lot of seating. Communication with owner was excellent and the house was close to everything.

First visit to Sedona

The house was perfect in every way. Cleanliness, location, view and neighbors made it our home away from home. Access to the trails and downtown restaurants and shopping by foot was a big plus. Just hanging out on the deck with the view was so good that we had to force ourselves to do other activities. We are already planning a return for next year.

Relaxing Vacation

This property has a spectacular back view of rock formations. The house has a relaxed feel and the beds were comfortable. The location is minutes from all major shopping and restaurants.

Peace & Quiet

The home is tucked away, but just minutes from downtown as well as from "normal" shopping (groceries, gas... thrift stores 😄). It is private and secluded, quiet. Well stocked kitchen (a pleasant surprise for simple basics--flour, sugar, spices that I'd assumed wed have to buy), clean and welcoming throughout. The beds are super comfortable and sunrise/sunset on back deck is the highlight of most days. 👍

Comfortable Cabin with great views

The Cabin is close to hiking trails and restaurants. We spent many hours on the deck area enjoying the views of the red rock mountains. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.

This was a very comfortable house with awesome views. We did hikes daily with a nice happy hour on the deck. I highly recommend the place.

Will stay again

This property was right in the middle of everything we planned on doing while in Sedona. Walking distance if need be. But it was on such a quiet street, it was amazing! The views from the backyard were incredible.

Pet Friendly Heaven

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sedona. Sherry was great to work with and made all aspects of the stay relaxed and easy... We have dogs and being able to take them with us on our escape really made the trip special. The setting and views from the deck are spectacular. We found our "Go To" spot when an escape to nature is the cure!

Home and neighborhood exceeded expectations

My spouse and I, plus two dogs, thoroughly enjoyed our 2 month stay. The home was clean and comfortable, with nice appliances, as well as well stocked. The home is in a wonderful quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. The extra large deck had fabulous views, and a large fenced in yard. Though a quiet neighborhood, only 1/2 mile from stores, restaurants, etc. Ideal!!

Great Location

This is a great and comfy location, far enough from the madness of uptown to be quiet and relaxing, and also be uptown in 5 minutes. Best of both worlds. This was a home base for 6 days of hiking, which allowed us to choose trails in different directions and get there relatively quickly. Dinner options were all around us too. We had breakfast and watched the sunrise and the birds with coffee every day.

Red Rocks

Very nice & comfortable home. FULLY equipped, only needed one roasting pan to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone felt at home, included our dog. Perfect location. The owners had to come to remove a canopy on the deck that collapsed under heavy snow. Done quickly. Other than that....no problems. Highly recommend it....would rent again if we return to Sedona.

Bucket List Week!

First time in Sedona and what an amazing week! Sherrys home is the perfect location. Just outside of downtown. Coffee and birdsong on the deck in the morning was so relaxing . The home has all the comforts needed and the 2 recliners at the end of a long day exploring was just what we needed to relax.so many amazing excursions : Horseback riding , Grand Canyon Railway tour, Pink Jeep to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, Sedona uptown, Jerome and Tuzigoot, and the most incredible scenic drive on 89A from Sedona to Flagstaff!! Great restaurants, surrounded by the beautiful Red Rocks scenery!! Final day we did the Devils Bridge Hike, which was a challenge to get to the top but so amazing to stand on the arch at the Golden Hour!! One of the best vacations we have ever done !!! Thank you Sherry for your wonderful home !!

I grew up in Arizona and this is one of my favorite destinations, Sedona, always breathtaking views, great climate for most outdoor activities. Even sitting out on the deck star gazing is enjoyable, with crystal clear skies and cool nights.
We have hiked, fished, camped and enjoyed the festivities of Sedona for many years.
Currently I am a real estate broker and understand what people are looking for when they come to Sedona. I am easy to reach since I live in the area.

This home is centrally located yet feels like it is far away from the daily downtown traffic and tourists. It is on a cul-de-sac and has very little traffic. Beautiful red rock views. If you feel like hiking down to a nice restaurant or up the mountain it is right outside your door.
