Beautiful views and perfect location in the heart of Sedona. Great for peaceful resting on the spacious deck with nice views of the red rocks or stargazing. Close to hiking, there is a trail right out the front door on the mountain and shopping in the local downtown Sedona shops and art studios. FREE CABLE & WIFI. Great Five Star Restaurants close by or cook your own dinner in the well stocked kitchen with an outdoor BBQ. Firepit in the large, fenced backyard for outdoor gathering & fun or relax at night under the stars. Retire to your own bedroom with adjoining bath/shower, sleeps 6 people/couples. Beds are a king size and a queen size with another room with a full-size futon. Very cozy and a wood burning fireplace in the living room.

The house was cozy and had the best views. Loved sitting on the deck every morning watching the sunrise and relaxing. The house was also in a perfect location to all of the sites and activities we wanted to see and do. Would stay again!

What a great place! So close to everything. Almost every trail we hiked and restaurant was within 5-12 minutes away. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed for 7 days. Great view from the back porch. We will be back!

The home was even better than listed. It was located in an ideal spot, just a15 minute walk to ‘downtown’ Sedona. The views of the red rocks were outstanding. The decks are huge with plenty of seating to enjoy nature. The fenced back yard was safe and secure for our small dog to play.The beds are soft like clouds, but supportive…the pillows were the best I’ve slept with in any rental. The kitchen was fully equipped and the in home office slowed me to work remotely a couple days…super fast interment!!!We will definitely return to Sedona and contract this listing again if available.

That Patio!!! The home has all you need. For my friend and I, a view was in our needs and this delivered. It is a close drive to the surrounding sights and minutes to many restaurants and shopping, a short walk to Tlaquepaque, but make sure you know where you are going.

Relaxing Vacation

My husband and I have owned this cozy little house for over 20 years. I grew up in Arizona and this is one of my favorite destinations, Sedona, always breathtaking views, great climate for most outdoor activities. Even sitting out on the deck star gazing is enjoyable, with crystal clear skies and cool nights.
We have hiked, fished, camped and enjoyed the festivities of Sedona for many years.
Currently I am a real estate broker and understand what people are looking for when they come to Sedona. I am easy to reach since I live in the area.

Why they chose this property

This home is centrally located yet feels like it is far away from the daily downtown traffic and tourists. It is on a cul-de-sac and has very little traffic. Beautiful red rock views. If you feel like hiking down to a nice restaurant or up the mountain it is right outside your door.

What makes this property unique

This home has a big deck with great views of the red rocks. You can see the mountains from the living room and dining area as well as the deck. The location is very convenient for most renters who are enjoying Sedona's great features since they are all very close to this beautiful home.
