About this property

-Our Seaside holiday villa is located on the border of a clear, exclusive and comfortable holiday site 3km, away from the village of Ildir. Our beachfront vacation villas are directly facing the beach thus providing a panoramic view of the sea.

-Our beautiful vacation villas are surrounded by a 1000 m2 green grass garden with an open terrace of 20 m and a roofed terrace of 20 m2 veranda.From here,we will have a panoramic and marvelous sea view. The villas have a beautiful private sandy beach.

The livingroom (30m2) in each villa has a satelliteTV and is fully furnished.

Internet acces available (wireless DSL)

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooker, oven and coffee machine.

There are 5 bedro in each villa (18m2,12m2,10m2,7m2 and 20m2 attic rooom)

which can accommodate a total of 10 beds (double and single beds).

If it needs, moore extra beds can add in the bed rooms

In each villa,there are 3 bathrooms.The main bathroom has a WC, bathtub and water boiler.The 2 smaller bathrooms has a shower and toilet. There is also a common shower in the garden.

In the garden,there is a common washroom with a washing machine,iron and ironing board.

The huge outside garden is very private where your families and friends could enjoy.

PRIVATE SEASIDE FACILITIES

As you can see from the pictures on our website, there is a private beach/sand pool just in front of our villas with sunloungers and umbrellas all around, you will enjoy the cool breeze from the sea during your sunbath.
In addition, we have also installed air-conditioners in our villas. You can use the air-conditioner optionally when you need cool weather by paying for the extra electricity consumption.

All prices are per villa per week (in Euro - €) for groups of 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,9 and 10 persons. The prices include electricity, water, gas and one set of bedding per person (given on arrival).Basic price (for 1-4 person) is 700€ for high season (01 Jun -30 Sept), 300 Eur. for mid-season ( 01. Oct - 30.Nov), For middle season 450 eur. (01 Apr - 31 May), 200 € for low-season (01 Dec.. -31 Mar). For each additional person we charge 70€ for high season, 40€ for mid-season, 20€ for low-season. 40 Euro is added to rental price for final cleaning.

We enjoyed our vacation

The house is basic inside but clean and functional. The neighborhood is very quiet without any tourists, just local people. The beach is just 200 feet away from the terrace. Plenty of restaurants and fresh fruit/vegetable stands along the road from Cesme. We would come back again. thank you, Intahim for hosting us.

Wunderfull quiet place, great for relaxing

Beautiful Villa with view on the sea from the terasse, private, very well kept beach, great area, very nice village nearby, very nice and helpful owner, good opportunities to go shopping, Minibus Station nearby, perfect place to spend holdiday!!!! I will go there again

Angenehmer Urlaub und super Location

Das Haus ist groß und sehr wohnlich. Die Distanz zum Strand ist ein Traum... Der Fußweg ist unter einer Minute! Außerdem ist der Vermieter sehr bemüht und sympathisch.

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Seit 3 Jahren reisen wir jeden Sommer mit der ganzen Familie inklusive Hund in das Ferienhaus nach Ildir. Es liegt direkt am Strand und wird durch einen schönen gepflegten Garten umrandet. Touristen sind in der ruhigen Gegend wenige zu finden, dafür Natur pur. Herr Aktürk ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und wie Zuhause. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Sommer in Ildir.

Gelungene Urlaub

Der Inhaber der Herr Akturk ist sehr freundlich, menschlich und Hilfsbreit. Die Gegen ist sehr schön. Man hat alles wenn mann Familien Urlaub machen will. Am besten hatten wir eigene Strand, und wenn mann wandern wollte sehr passende gegen. Die Ausstattung war Akseptabel aber könnte mehr sein. Wir haben da eine Familientreff gemacht und alle 13 Personen waren zufrieden.
