Fantastic family oriented home. Spacious enough for everyone, the outside shower was a hit to wash off after pool and hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed the pickleball court too.

My daughter had her bachelorette party here this past weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful with a stunning backyard- pool, hot tub, pickleball!! My daughter had her bachelorette weekend with her friends. They absolutely loved the house. The beds were comfortable, the house was spotless and the amenities were fantastic. They spent most of their time at the house enjoying the pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend. Also the host was very available for any questions. Great stay!

The property is beautiful, as advertised, with lots of things to do. Huge pool, hot tub, fire pit, and loads of outdoor seating. We used the Blackstone to cook breakfast, and it was amazing! Main floor on the inside is all brand new, and we loved the large dining room table. We had the best time! Thank you Dan!

The house was perfect for our whole family, children, grandchildren and niece. The three levels provided privacy if desired and the dining and living room areas gave us plenty of together time. The outside was spectacular huge yard great pool and lots of pool floaters and lots of games and fun things to do. The host responded quickly to every contact and addressed all of our questions and needs. Highly recommend especially for families with small children as the property is very safe and child friendly. If ever in This area again we will definitely try to book Dan’s house!

This is a lovely property in a very good location. The pool, hot tub and pickleball courts are amazing and we used them all. Lots of outdoor seating and a great grill. We had a large family get together and there was space for everyone. You’re close to beaches and it’s less than 10 minutes from the Southampton jitney stop. Please note that you should bring extra toilet paper, shampoo, soap because what’s provided won’t last you if you’re there for a few days. We flew in from London with carry on luggage and didn’t realize we’d need to restock these items. The Hamptons really are lovely.

Our stay here did not disappoint! We definitely overpacked in terms of the household items we needed. The house was neat, the pool, which was bigger than in the pictures, was clean and the pickle ball court was awesome! We literally did not need to leave the house for anything. There was so much space outside for eating, the grill and Blackstone were put to good use and so was the hot tub. It felt like we were in a resort. The backyard is super spacious, even with the pool and court. So, there was plenty of room for other activities. Dan was super nice and responsive to any questions we had. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Great Hamptons Backyard. Great location

We stayed here for a week with family and had a great stay. The property is great with a perfect pool and a huge lawn for the family and dog to run around. House was well stoked with the core needs and the location is perfect to get around the Hamptons without getting caught too much in the craziness While we had some issues while there Dan was more than accommodating and worked hard to make the stay a great one

Wonderful resort

We were a large family group with many young children. There was plenty of space for us and the backyard was great. All kinds of sports equipment was provided; the pool was lovely and kept the children very happy. The house was cool and comfortable; air conditioning worked flawlessly.

80th Birthday Celebration

My family and I had a wonderful stay and Dan was so accommodating and so easy to work with. We had family ranging from 80 to 8 and everybody had the best time. The house is great and has everything that you need but the outside was like a 5 star private resort! Between the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, the basketball set up and the pickle ball court … we were entertained all day and all night. I highly recommend this property!

Amazing Summer Home in North- Southhampton

Had the best time here with my friends and family over the July Fourth week. Great yard for activities and a pool that one could dream over. With a renovated kitchen and bathrooms, group coordination was never better! One could tell that this home has been loved by the host family and we as guests loved it right back. Hope we can come back and stay again next summer!

We had a great time at Dan’s beautiful home! We had 7 adults and 5 kids, ranging in age from 3 to 12, and we had plenty of space to hang out inside and out! The backyard felt like a resort. We enjoyed the new deck and fire pit, the pool and the great lawn with soccer nets and a volleyball court. I would highly recommend!

Wedding Week

I rented Dan's property for my family to stay in for my wedding in Bridgehampton. Dan was an excellent host and his house/yard was a great place to stay. Only small note is that the pool never felt as though it was heated.

Great house for family with kids

We had a wonderful week at this house! The layout was perfectly suited for our family which consists of 8 adults and 5 kids from the ages of 8 to 3. The backyard was a huge bonus for us! The pool was what we needed for the kids who don't last that long at the beach and want to be outside from the minute they wake up. We also loved the pickleball court and even got in a family tournament! The owner was very responsive and accommodating!!

My name is Dan Sullivan. My wife Michelle, and our 3 kids Marissa, Chelsea and Christopher moved out here to my grandparents old property in 2008. It was unkept and quite dated so we have been renovating it for the past 16years. We decided 2 years ago that we would renovate to rent. I suffered a severe cervical neck injury a few years ago while playing baseball. After several neck surgeries I agreed to sell out my ownership shares to my partners and take an early retirement. I just was not able to function normally in the work place anymore. Renting this place out is a way to help supplement our income.

I spend a lot of my time working with my food drive Operation End Hunger. I work with many of the the youth centers on Long Island, creating competitions to see which camp can collect the most food in Summer time. I ask local businesses to donate winning items and the collected food goes to the local food banks. Every year we do one “big” addition to the house. Whether a patio, a hot tub or a pickleball court, I am always trying to make our home more enjoyable for my family and for my guests.

In addition to the extra income, I enjoy renting out our home to large families…grandparents all the way down to grandkids. We have been blessed to be able to raise our kids in a home like this, so close to the beach. Allowing other families to enjoy it for a week or month makes me happy. I am confident that whichever family rents our home that they will truly enjoy what it is like to live out here in the Hamptons in Summer time.

Why they chose this property

There is no other home in the Hamptons that I have ever been to or seen that is set up like our home. Every inch of our property has been designed for kids to be able to be active and to have fun and allow adults to relax from all the fun they have with the kids. I have 2 daughters and a son. All my kids are athletic and my wife and I believed it was much healthier for our kids to be outside playing rather than in doors on an iPhone or Xbox. Its why we designed a youth soccer field and a basketball court and of course the big swimming pool. Come sit on our front porch or our back deck and just relax. Walk the backyard, way out back by the woods and you will experience why this is the perfect place to be...There is no better place in the Hamptons to feel such peace and quiet....

What makes this property unique

Acres of woods protecting the privacy and peacefulness of our home. Top of the line, brand new 20x40, heated, salt water filtered in ground pool. A huge landscaped open yard. A full size youth soccer field, complete with 2 goals, lines and corner flags. An area to play kickball, wiffel ball, horse shoes. Even space to play Kan Jam! The sun setting over our back woods is breath taking and can be enjoyed from sitting in the pool or a back deck. A new 40x30 basketball court. 3 huge bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs which is great if someones knees are bad, or if someone elderly visits or rents. Huge family room. 25x12 kind of huge with a 60' Samsung flatscreen tv. A brand new front porch made of Brazilian teak wood. Enjoy relaxing on your front porch perhaps waiting for friends to come over. Oh yes, a private, very big outdoor shower with a mirror, cabinets and towel hooks. We also have pool side security cameras which allows anyone with a mobile device to lock in and see whats going on in pool. Our home, usually hosts 6-10 kids every weekend in the Summer time. As well 4 or 5 parents who relax on the back deck while watching the kids in the pool or playing soccer. A huge swing set is also in the back yard for the little ones. Come see our home...If you have kids or if all adults, our home will provide you with the best few weeks of fun and relaxation in the Hamptons.
