Amazing house in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the secluded feel, and we saw deer every day! Our host, Terri, is an excellent communicator. She got in touch with us immediately after we booked, and made check-in a breeze. This is a "10 star" house.

The home was just as described in the listing! It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked so cooking was easy. All of the beds were comfortable. We saw the “herd” of deer everyday in the community. Our host checked in on us several times during our stay via text which was appreciated.

Over year collections a glimpse of how rural living can be. Beautiful old land to get there .Small town experiences in melrose- keystone heights.

The yellow house was extremely peaceful and accommodating. The communication was excellent. It is the greatest escape for a family.

My husband and boys stayed there for a UF move in. It is in a secluded area (the boys joked it felt like jumanji) but only a 25-30 minute drive from campus.I wasn't there so can't comment on details, but they enjoyed the time spent there and had no complaints.Property manger was efficient and easy to get hold of. The owner is extremely considerate, she allowed us a late check in since our flight back was in the early evening, and even called us when an Amazon package arrived late after we had left, and offered to return it for us at the ups store!

This home was perfect for our large family—quaint, spacious, and set in a quiet neighborhood. The management team was professional and responsive, and when an unexpected issue arose, it was handled quickly and with great care. Even the owner personally checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Truly outstanding service and hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay. Great house nestled in the woods. Clean, quiet. Room for everyone. Close to all we needed. Communication with owner and check-in was fabulous. Would definitely stay again.

Yellow House in Waldo

We rented this property because of its convenient location near Gainesville Raceway. The property was nicer than the description. Everything was well appointed and there was enough room for everyone. Our agent was very personable to speak with.

UF Graduation

Stay was great. They allowed early checkin. The drive took about 25 mins to get to UF graduation events. The place was great and it was peaceful. We liked having the fully stocked kitchen and the great outdoor space.

Yellow house near Santa Fe Lake

Property manager was attentive and accommodating, much appreciated. Overall, the home needs a few more amenities and a bit more owner love to be a SUPER vacation stay. Be sure to use Google Maps to navigate to the house, not Waze!

Relaxing

We spent a wonderful peaceful week at the "Yellow" house. All the amenities were there for us. It was comfortable for us to meet in the middle to talk and visit and still be able to separate to our rooms for alone time. The pictures do it justice but it is still so much more. Terri was amazing and kept in touch with us. We would recommend this home to everyone.

December Wedding

My family went to Florida for my brother’s wedding and family Christmas celebration. The Yellow House was everything we could have wanted: cozy, comfortable, quiet, homey, and in a beautiful location. We were able to travel to Gainesville and Orlando comfortably. The full kitchen allowed us to cook meals. My son and sister bonded over a ping pong game. And, the fuzeball table was a hit with my new niece and nephew. We made some wonderful family memories in The Yellow House! We will keep it in mind for future family fun!

We enjoyed our stay at the Yellow House! It was comfortable and well appointed, with plenty of room for three adults. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch, enjoying the birds and wildlife. The kitchen had all the basics, and the bathrooms were well stocked. What I really want to rave about is the owner and the manager. As our stay approached, we were made aware of a nearby wildfire by family in the area. When I reached out, the owner called neighbors in the community and assured me that air quality was good and there was no threat. Even with that information I was offered no penalty cancellation even though the cancellation date had passed. We happily kept our reservation and had an outstanding stay. I truly appreciate a host who puts the ease and comfort of her guests above all else. I want to thank the manager. I had to call Terri because I had lost the email with the check-in code. She was so warm and friendly as she got me the information. All in all, this was an outstanding experience and I appreciate all involved.

Mom’s BDay surprise

Rented this property for a trip planned to surprise my Mom for her birthday. Location was close to my Mom’s house so it was ideal. Was a little disappointed since the pictures on the listing lead you to believe the property is on the lake, but it is not. The house was well furnished and the beds were comfortable, but the cleaning crew could definitely give this house more attention. No real issues and we really did have a lot of fun just hanging out. Plenary of room for us to sit and play cards and/or watch TV on the provided Roku. Would recommend to friends and family. Nice and quiet neighborhood as well.

Nice house for UF visit

The Yellow House was perfect for our trip to see a Gator football game. Terri sent a welcome text with info shortly after we booked & was easy to work with. She even went above & beyond, when she mailed us headphones that we accidentally left behind! The house is in the country, on a very quiet street. It was clean & had just what we needed for a long weekend. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Terri!

Great stay for Homecoming!

House was awesome, had everything we needed for a fun weekend. The kids loved the game room and there was lots of seating for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked plenty of meals there. Everything was clean and the whole check-in process was super easy. It was a teensy bit far from the University just because we had to drive back & forth so many times, but for the non-inflated price, it was a steal for a game weekend!

Great property, convenient to Gainesville.

This was home base for my daughter’s graduation from UF. Much cheaper than staying in Gainesville. The Evolve property manager was not very responsive, but fortunately we hooked up with the owner early and enjoyed a very pleasant few days. Very nice on the inside with all the amenities you need. Really felt like home away from home. Trust me.
