Nouveauté de Luxury Beach Rentals, "Under The Sea" (anciennement "Eagles Nest") est une superbe maison de 8 chambres et 6,5 salles de bains décorée par un professionnel. Elle comprend une grande piscine, un bain à remous et un espace grill avec de nombreux siÚges et chaises longues. Profitez de la magnifique vue sur l'océan depuis le grand porche arriÚre, avec des chaises confortables et une table à manger.

Les autres caractĂ©ristiques comprennent une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, deux ensembles de laveuses et sĂ©cheuses, une machine Ă  glaçons commerciale pour vos glaciĂšres de plage, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat dans toute la maison et un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur supplĂ©mentaire dans le garage pour les boissons et les viandes. L'immense table de la salle Ă  manger peut accueillir 12 personnes, 5 autres personnes et l'ïżœïżœlot de cuisine.

Perfect spot

This really was an amazing property and is exactly as described! Very comfortably sleeps 20 people and the outdoor space was incredible. If I was traveling with a large group in Myrtle I would 100% stay here again!!!

We loved the house. We had 11 total aging from 3 to 62. The pool was wonderful, the location to beach was so close. The house was beautiful and very comfortable for all. Would love to come back

The amenities that I would like to call out: kitchen supplies, the icemaker in the garage, the available shower when you come in from the beach and the huge covered porch, which allows you to get out of the sun, but keep an eye on the kids in the pool or at the beach. The location of the property was perfect. Close to supermarkets, walkable to the local Ben & Jerry’s yet close enough if you want to visit the boardwalk. The staff and instructions for arrival and departure were clear and easy to follow. We had a few questions upon arrival and the staff was very responsive.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our our 2 families & some friends! The pool was messed up when we 1st arrived but we told them & it was fixed same day! Always a quick response on any questions we had! Great location to stay! We enjoyed our stay very much! We hope to stay here again!

Pieced together

The description needs to state that the house is pieced together. There are only 3 bedrooms with bathrooms in the house. The other bedrooms and bathrooms you need to go outside and access each one separately through a locked door. There are plenty of beds for a large group, but no place for them to hangout together inside. There is one couch(seats 3) and 4 chairs.The location on the beach is great.

Large family vacation and celebration

A wonderful vacation stay for our large adult family of 21 ages 19 to 80. With no small children and all the grandchildren are not married, we made the sleeping arrangements work. Beautifully furnished and the covered back deck was the best feature for us. Only negative was the hot tub which was spa tub-did not heat >87(paid for it) but management reimbursed us. Great stay.

Great Location

Wonderful location on the beach. The set-up of the house was perfect for our group of 16. Beds were comfortable. I had to text the property manager a couple of times, and she was always quick to respond. A few minor things that would make the property even better: 1) house could use a deep cleaning, 2) a few newer pots and pans are needed, 3) it would be nice if the hot tub was included in the price of the rental. Overall, we loved it and are considering renting it again in the future.

Family vacation

We were very pleased with this beach rental. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed as well as the chairs and toys for the beach. The Ice machine in the garage is a game changer and the pool held all of us with floats with no problem. Any issues were dealt with by the owner immediately. The only improvement we can say may be a window air conditioner for the bedroom near the garage that gets hot at night.

Under the Sea is Over the Top

We have stayed in four different beachfront houses and this was definitely the best. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have experienced. The house was clean and we loved how close we were to the beach. The pool is large and that was a great break from the ocean. Also, management was very responsive when we had a question or wanted to add something like turning on the heat to the hot tub. I would highly recommend Under The Sea to anyone who needs a house of this size.

Group Trip to Myrtle Beach

The rental was very nice and clean. The location was perfect and the check in and check out process were very good. When we rented it we thought it had 8 bedrooms, but that wasn’t really true. It has 3 bedrooms up and 2 or 3 areas below with several beds so if you need you own space —your own four walls - as a room just be sure to ask for the details. Outside of that, all was great!

The best Myrtle Beach vacation ever!

We had 19 people in our party, and thoroughly enjoyed this house! It was beyond what is described in the pictures! And very spacious! Large kitchen, updated appliances, and well stocked kitchenware! Beds were comfortable, and plenty of them! Pool was fantastic, and plenty of seating! Loved the deck, with its carpeted floor for the little ones, lots of seating and great view! We sat out on the deck a lot, perfect for our large family! I can't say enough nice things about it! Plan to look into booking it again for next year!

The house was amazing and had plenty of room for all of us. We felt right at home, enjoying the kitchen and meals around the big dinning room table. The grandkids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the beach and the views. We hated to leave and would love to make this a yearly trip.

50th Birthday

This was for my 50th birthday that is in October, we had such a wonderful time the pool area is amazing and we spent most of our time there the decor was beautiful in all the rooms, i liked the corkiness of the lay out of the house and how the bedrooms were, my only thing is i wish in the description that the bottem bedroom it said how it was laid out other than that was perfect and that truly wasn't an issue, the location was great ( i usually stay in surfside area) kitchen was well equipment, we definitely talked of staying next year

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience was great! Luxury Beach Rentals was responsive to our questions and did an excellent job. The house was perfect! My only comment would be the pool although clear, clean and serviced appropriately did have broken glass tiles along the sides. These broken tiles could potentially cut a swimmer if the swimmer rubbed up against the tiles. But all in all the entire property was wonderful.
