Direkte Oceanfront Top Floor 2/2 Beach Condo på Barefoot Trace # 413

Velkommen til privat strandparadis. Dette er en 4. etage rummelig fuld oceanfront condo i en eksklusiv havnefront bygning. Utrolig havudsigt og to nye elevatorer. Lejligheden er blevet renoveret med alle nye tæpper, fliser og granit bordplader i køkkenet og begge badeværelser. Alle værelser er udstyret med fladskærms-tv og masser af kabelkanaler at vælge imellem. Det store soveværelse har et helt vindue udsigt over havet, så du kan se morgenen solopgang fra din seng. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret med køkkengrej, redskaber og tallerkener i vid udstrækning. Balkonen er blevet renoveret og har masser af udendørs siddepladser for at nyde morgen solopgange og aftensmad.

Lejligheden kan nemt nås fra parkeringspladsen uden at klatre op ad trappen. Der er to private promenader til stranden, en privat opvarmet pool, pænt udstyret træningsrum, poolbord, tændt shuffleboard og tennisbaner. Dette condo er også fyldt med liggestole til strand brug, legetøj til børnene og boogie boards for alle at nyde. Foruden selve stranden, historie og turisme af St. Augustine vil efterlade dig noget nyt at se og gøre hver dag. Dette er et strengt NEJ rygning NO PET condo.

Best trip

St Augustine was new to us and we were excited. The condo did not disappoint. Located on the fourth floor the view was awesome. The kitchen was so well equipped, everything I needed to make a meal to enjoy on the outside deck. The bed was comfortable. There were many restaurants very close. We did not have a bad meal. We spent 5 days riding our bicycles on paved trails close to the property. We spent a day in the historic town of St Augustine. It was less than 25 minutes away. But, it was so nice returning to our comfortable condo with that stunning view. The beach was wide and I walked every day. We cannot wait to return. Our property manager, Robert, was awesome.

Beautiful and spacious Oceanfront Condo

We stayed at this condo for one month. The place was beautifully decorated and had a lot of space. It was well equipped with plenty of towels, bedding, dishes, utensil, and flat screen TV's! Every room was pretty and every bed was comfortable with quality mattresses. The unit was oceanfront with a nice balcony. You can see and hear the ocean from the master bedroom as well. The beach was beautiful with white sand and little slope which made it nice for walking. The heated pool was a plus. Parking was easy and had the option of a covered spot as well. The owner was very nice to deal with and very responsive to all our needs. He answered all our questions and always got back to us in a timely manor. In conclusion, the condo was very comfortable and in a great location being near beautiful St. Augustine. We loved it and can't wait to go back.

Beachfront condo

Property as described, right on the beach. Well maintained, spacious, with great view of the vast beach and the ocean. Short drive to all the stores and restaurants. Owner is quick to respond. Clear check-in (out) instructions. Will recommend to anyone looking for relaxing beach destination.

Great beach condo

We had a great time at this condo! The beach is not crowded, the pool is large, and there are plenty of amenities including shuffleboard and tennis. The condo itself is very comfortable and well stocked with all of your vacation needs. There were tons of beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and skim boards, pool toys) and the condo included everything needed for preparing meals for our family. This is our 2nd trip to Barefoot Trace (different condo 1st time) and we will definitely be back again in the future!

Absolutely exceptional

We had a wonderful time in Saint Augustine. Robert was absolutely wonderful and very communicative with us. The condo is beautiful and well stocked with all your needs. Pro tip- bring extra TP! That was the only thing that was missing . Towels, sheets everything else was great. The view cannot be understated, it’s beautiful. Would love to stay there again!

Great Beach & Facility

One of the best beaches on the east coast with great width (300' at low tide) and crystal fine hard compact sand good for running, biking or just relaxing. Ocean temp was 81 degrees on 10/11/20 and pool temp was 89 degrees with air temp at 84 degrees. 2 bedroom Condo was roomy with great view of ocean and had most everything that was needed. Great place and we will be back to visit.

Wonderful beach condo

The condo looks exactly like it’s photos except for the view. The view is incredible. Much better than the photo. The condo was clean and well stocked. Everything we needed was supplied. We loved staying there. We hope to come back.

Best view on the beach!

This place was amazing as far as the view!! Spectacular complete ocean view!! Dark enough to see the stars, and very quiet. Loved seeing the turtles in the dunes. It needs a good deep cleaning, through out the entire Condo. Seems to have not had a good deep clean in a while! Crumbs in the silver drawer, dirty glasses, etc. Beautiful place and would be Perfect if they had someone come and do a good deep clean.

Great place and great hospitality

Robert was extremely helpful with excellent suggestions for sight-seeing and dining. The condo was as described and very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The only thing even slightly negative I would say is that he does have the thermostat locked to not go below 70 degrees on the cooling side. My wife and I like to sleep a few degrees cooler. This was not a problem for us since we stayed in December and the nights were plenty cool. We would not want stay here in the summer unless we were allowed to move the thermostat down a few degrees in the evening but we will definitely stay again if booking another wintertime vacation in the St. Augustine area.

Beautiful ocean views

The condo is much bigger than the pictures represent. It is spacious. Beds are very comfortable and the views cannot be beat. Crescent Beach is very peaceful and there were several days where I was the only person on the beach. Pool is clean and heated. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone who is looking for peace, quiet, and relaxation.

Wish we were there

The two of us had a great time at this condo. We just sat and watched the waves, pelicans, and ospreys for hours at a time. Great location and don't regret at all not staying in the heart of St. Augustine. It was quick enough to get to to see the sights, but we discovered that we preferred being back at the beach. We would only warn that the lighting is rather dim for reading in the living room and shaving in the shower, and the master (king) bed is very very firm. We were uncomfortable at first, but by the 3rd day nothing bothered us at all. You might want to bring a few LED bulbs with you--and perhaps some electrical tape to cover all those tiny lights on the electrical appliances that glow brightly during the night. We put my husband's hat on the upright floor fan and placed pillows in front of or on top of other items. (We like it very dark when we sleep.) The hurricane shutters let you block out the morning light when you want to sleep in. We would definitely stay again as I don't think you could find a better beachfront location and view for the price.

Great condo.

We had no problems with our condo, it was just as presented. The only problem we had was the day before we were to leave the elevators quick working. We called the emergency number they said they would send someone out, they did later that day. I had called them around 8am. They had one working later that night. When we left the next morning we had to go to the north end of condos to use the elevator. We were told by people who lived there they were surprised they got the one working and the elevators went out a lot. If it had not been for this our stay would have been great. Because of the elevators I not sure I would stay there again.

Beachy home base

This lovely ocean front condo is exactly as shown in photos. The views from the balcony are amazing. Nice modern table and some Adirondack chairs to have a breakfast overlooking the sea.The condo complex is nondescript, but clean and quiet. All condos have ocean views, the pool is pristine and all lounge chairs in good repair. The condo has everything needed, including beach towels, beach chairs, extra linens, laundry, all the pots and pans, etc. Big TVs in each bedroom and huge one in living room that also has netflix. Decor is updated, including new cabinetry, furnishings, paint. A modern take on a sea cottage design. Elevator takes you up to the 4th floor, there is parking under shade and billiards/tennis/shuffleboard available. Electronic entry means no keys to keep up with. The beach here is fabulous. Huge, sandy, clean!! Access via the boardwalk across the dunes is easy, shorter than the pictures depict, and ends with ramps, not steps, down to the sand. Plenty of showers and foot washes to get the sand off before returning to the condo. If you are looking for a quiet, clean and beach oriented vacation that is still only a very short drive from all the activities and night life, this is for you!
