Una vez que llegue, no hay necesidad de conducir!
A pie de Condo, a pie de la góndola y los pasos a la ciudad! Ski Hill Condo es el lugar perfecto para el invierno y el verano! Ubicado a una cuadra de la calle principal de Breckenridge y estamos a unos pasos de la góndola. La pista de esquí cuatro en punto termina pasos de nuestra propiedad. Este dormitorio + altillo con capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente! Todos los muebles de la sala es nuevo esta temporada! A su y su sillón reclinable, un sofá cama nueva y asiento de amor hace que nuestra casa su casa! Hemos añadido una nueva más grande de 44 "pared Sony TV LCD montada para su relajación y placer. Tenemos camas tamaño completo literas que el sueño se añadieron 4. Nueva ropa de cama y edredones se han añadido también. A pie de pistas para el almuerzo y calentarse junto a la chimenea! Esquí / En lujo con vistas panorámicas de las montañas y la ciudad. El jacuzzi al aire libre está a pocos pasos de la puerta principal justo debajo ya la derecha de nuestra unidad. La piscina está abierta sólo en el verano. Disfrute de las impresionantes vistas del centro de Breckenridge desde todas las habitaciones. Internet wi-fi disponible para todos los huéspedes. El aparcamiento está situado bajo el condominio y transporte gratuito pick-up justo afuera de su puerta, Ski Hill Condo tiene todo lo necesario para que sus próximas vacaciones una montaña para recordar.

Great Location!

Prime location, walking distance to Main Street dining and entertainment, City Market grocery store and the Gondola. The Four O'clock run lands you just down the street for a short walk to the door. Great overall experience with the condo and with Marc!

Stay was fabulous. Everything was as expected. Location is about as good as it gets, easy ski in and out. Check in instructions and information were very helpful. Stayed in a lot of different places in Breckenridge. This was one of the best for price and size.

Family Ski Vacation

Such a wonderful place for my family’s ski vacation! This was one of our favorite VRBO’s because the inside of the place was beautiful and sunny from all of the windows. The layout was very efficient and the amount of seating in the living room area made movie nights so cozy. The condo was clean, and the extra spices and condiments were extremely nice to have available. We enjoyed the hot tub and the convenience of the ski in! The walk to the gondola in the mornings with 3 children and ski’s was short. Communication with the owner was also very timely. We would definitely love to stay here again!

No need to look any further...

We cannot say enough about this wonderful condo. The location was just perfect. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the gondola. We parked the car when we arrived and walked to all destinations. The condo itself was well appointed and very clean, but most importantly it was comfortable in every way; just like home! Marc is a pleasure to work with. Very helpful and always available to answer my questions. We could'nt have chosen a better place to spend our Christmas Holiday!

Perfect ski condo!

The property presented exactly as advertised. All furnishings and amenities were nice and comfortable. The parking and gear storage locations were very convenient. And the location of the condo in relation to the ski shuttle stops and the bottom of the 4 O’Clock run make it the ideal spot for a skier or family of skiers to call home while in Breck. The condo has beautiful views and so much light from all the windows. It was truly the best condo our family has stayed in at Breck. If it is available for next year’s trip, we will be back! Thank you Marc for the great stay and for being such a great and responsive host!

So Comfortable and Convenient, Very Nice Owner

Our stay could not have been easier! The owner was so friendly and accommodating, and the condo itself is convenient to everything! Three minute walk to the river and downtown, 5 minute walk to the gondola, 10 to City Market. Bedroom and bunks up spiral stairs. Super comfy king bed with two sinks and vanities. We loved the two big leather recliners for watching the Olympics at the end of a long day of hiking. Hot tub and picnic table right out in front. The covered parking and elevator across the hall from the condo door were great for those rainy days and armloads full of groceries. Well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for a couple. Some traffic noise, but closing the windows shuts it out quite well. Favorite walk-to restaurants: Fatty's, Columbine Cafe, Lucha Cantina. We will definitely return!

Not a 2 bedroom as advertised.

Disappointed that the condo was very dark, even with the lights on. Bulbs burnt out, tub wouldn’t drain, fridge handle very loose, oven door handle loose. Description not accurate saying it’s a 2 bedroom with loft. It was a 1 bedroom with shared bathroom of the loft room which had 2 queen beds. It had a separate bathroom downstairs which was not accommodating for anyone. Disappointed and would not honor our 3 military family members. People…ask for a video before renting.

Lovely little condo in great location

My kids and I decided to do a last minute trip to Breckenridge before school started, so we booked the condo the day before we were set to arrive. Marc, the owner, was great -- he hopped right on it and sent us all of the information we needed to access the condo. Once we were there, we had great access to all that Breck offers -- the grocery store was just a few blocks away, as was the main strip where all of the restaurants and shops were. We were a little concerned about no A/C since Denver had been quite warm, but we opened up the windows in the condo when we arrived and the mountain air was lovely and cool, even in August. The condo was well-maintained and well-equipped, so we had no problems cooking a few meals while we were there. We decided to do some WWR while there, so the condo was just a short hour long drive to Buena Vista where we a great day rafting in Brown's Canyon. Great experience all around, especially on the short-notice decision to get out of the hustle/bustle of the metro before school started!

Awesome location!

You can't beat the location if this condo! Easy walking access to everything Breck has to offer. Condo was clean and beds were comfortable. Had an issue with the bathtub drain, but the owner took care if it right away. We would stay here again!

Heavenly Bed & Well-Stocked Accommodations

The accommodations were exactly as described. The master bed was the most comfortable away-from-home mattress we have ever slept on. The kitchen was stocked with items you rarely see in rentals, including spices, oils, & coffee. Easy walk to downtown. Bus route steps from the property. Ski-back to gondola trail can bring you within 300 steps to the elevator, via the garage entryway. A convenient property for ski-lovers!

Place was nice but not clean

Check in and location was good. Condo was not clean. My first concern was the smell and throw up in upper bedroom carpet. Looks as someone threw up on balcony also. Messaged manager and got no reply from him. Couch was worn and had trash all in cushions. Counter tops had not been wiped down. This was very disappointing and scary due to Covid and not being cleaned properly. Damp wet towels in basket in closet. And still no reply after a week from management as to why.

Christmas Vacation!

The property was great and the location was perfect! The fireplace we used a lot which made it real nice with the cold weather as we had plenty of snow. Marc the owner was so easy to reach and responded quickly. It was loaded with plenty of items needed for cooking as well! It made our stay in Breckenridge great. Thank you!

ZERO ISSUES (covered parking)

Property is everything it says it is. No problems The whole stay. Very clean and spacious living! No more then a 3 minute walk to the main gondala. And the views of the mountain from the master bedroom are absolutely breathtaking! Highly recommend

Awesome Location!

Marc's condo is conveniently walking distance to everything you need in Breckenridge. We walked to the BreckConnect Gondola and later snowboarded down the 4 O'clock run to get back to the condo. Not having to deal with finding a parking space was a plus! The condo itself was spacious and cozy for the four of us. The kitchen was well stocked with seasonings, spices, and plates/pans/utensils. I highly recommend Marc's condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo, perfect location!

My wife, two adults sons, and I stayed here this past week. This was our first time staying in Breckenridge and this condo was a gem. The location was perfect -- just one block from town and from the gondola to peak 8. The condo was well furnished and comfortable. We especially appreciated the wood-burning fireplace and ample supply of firewood in the parking garage. Note that the second bedroom (with the full bunk bed) is a loft that you must walk through to get to the master bedroom. This was no problem for us as our adult sons slept there. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

- Wall to wall panoramic mountain views with Aspen trees as a backdrop.
- Ski In location.
- Proximity (across the street) to the Gondola which is the high speed access to the high altitude powder.
- Walking proximity to the restaurants bars and parties.
- The design and amenities of Ski Hill Condominiums.

Ski Hill is the best place in Breckenridge. All of the competition has something to offer. Breckenridge is a beautiful resort town. Ski Hill Condominiums has the best overall package.
