We would like to clarify that our Guest Services team remained in contact throughout your stay and responded to all queries raised. In addition, both the Property Manager and pool technician visited the property to investigate concerns regarding the pool. No leaks were found; however, it was explained to you that the particular type of products (sunblock/lotion) the guests were using had clogged the filters and affected the system's performance. The razor wire is located along a section of the perimeter fence for security purposes and is positioned out of reach of guests. The outdoor areas, kitchen, and pool are accurately represented in the listing photographs, and the pool is advertised as a swimming pool due to its dimensions of approximately 18ft x 10ft. While we regret that the property was not the right fit for your family, we are confident that it was accurately described and that our team made every effort to address your concerns during your stay.
