Retraite Northwoods du Wisconsin - Accès au lac Big Saint Germain

Cadre magnifique sur 1,5 acres à Saint Germain, à 1 mile de la rampe de mise à l'eau sur le lac Big Saint Germain avec plus de 1600 acres de sports nautiques et de pêche. Situé sur les sentiers de VTT, à proximité des sentiers de randonnée et de vélo. À quelques kilomètres de Saint Germain et à 15 minutes d'Eagle River, Minocqua et Woodruff.

L'unité est un appartement 1 chambre 1 salle de bain avec entrée privée dans le niveau inférieur walk-out de notre maison. La kitchenette comprend un four micro-ondes, un évier et un mini-réfrigérateur, une grande salle de bain avec douche et un salon avec un lit futon en taille réelle.

Wonderful stay in St. Germain

My husband and I came to do some pan fishing. The rental was very clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were friendly and they even helped me clean my fish. I would highly recommend this place.

Perfect place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay in St. Germain at Jemmy and Ron’s apartment. It was super clean, perfect size and had everything you could possibly need! Kept our bikes in the garage. Jemmy even gave us biking and hiking information as well as restaurant recommendations! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Excellent location!

Welcoming and personable

This was an excellent experience overall!! There were some last minute changes to my stay but Jemmy was understanding and so nice about everything!! The property was perfect for our little adventure and we will definitely be staying here again!!!

Very nice!

Very clean and comfortable apartment. We had never been to the area before, and Jemmy was helpful with some suggestions for the best scenic bike paths, and the best beach in the area to visit. The property is very conveniently located right off the main road. I would highly recommend and would stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

Place to stay while family camping ...

Jemmy & Ron were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive to any questions I had and Ron even helped jump start my minivan when it completely died on me. The place was clean, cozy and had all the amenities I needed while my family was camping nearby. I think I got the better deal "glamping" at Jemmy and Ron's place.

Amazing Hospitality

Ron and Jemmy made me feel at home. Ron went above and beyond when it came to helping me fix a mechanical issue with my boat. He was also willing to help me find a good fishing spot. It was very clean and inviting accomadation.... love the decor.

Just what we wanted

Great location for access to biking in the area. Owners shared their garage to shelter the bikes and informed us of a new mountain bike trail, Fern Ridge, located near their property we have to check out. Seeing a seven point buck 20 feet from me for 10 minutes while relaxing on the outdoor furniture was a pleasant surprise as well. The wife loved the cleanliness of the property as well.

Location

Conveniently located to all major attractions in the area. You could go 15 miles either way and be in a nice town. The stay was a very quiet and tranquil location. Highly recommended and definitely another stay in the future.

Ron is an avid fisherman and love to hang out on the boat and read - unless of course he is catching some big ones!

We fell in love with this property because of the private location, lake access and proximity to "civilization". The potential to share this with others via a rental unit in the lower level was the deal breaker. We don't mind sharing!
