Family Beach Trip

We had a great time staying at Robin’s Nest. The location was nice and the home was well stocked for our trip. I would certainly stay here again.

Best stay yet

We have a family get together each summer and this is by far the best location we have stayed at yet. From the kitchen amenities to the proximity to the ocean to the mattresses, all were amazing.

Family Memorial weekend gathering

The home was nicely located between site seeing & beaches. Everything you would need for a stay was included In this home. The pool was perfect to keep the young ones busy while you’re relaxing.Great property

My Awesome stay

Overall we had a wonderful time the place was clean spacious and had every single thing we needed. I would definitely stay here again. It was close to the main town and the beach as well. Lovely house!

The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked, with plenty of space for the 7 of us to spread out and to hang out together. We loved that the dining table would seat 8. Very close to lots of yummy restaurants and stores, but the neighborhood itself felt quiet and serene. Walked to the beach everyday, and when we didn't want the hassle of the sand and the waves,we really enjoyed the little pool. Check out procedures were easy. We loved our stay!

We liked everything about the property - hot water in outside shower, well equipped kitchen, great floor plan, clean, great neighborhood, labeled light switches, and well stocked game cabinet. Sunshine Realty did an outstanding job. Communication level was perfect.

Property was as advertised and very well equipped. Property manager was great and very responsive. Would not hesitate to rent this property again.

The house was phenomenal! We had plenty of space for our family. We liked that it was close to the beach. Although the pool was small, it didn't keep our grands from enjoying it. We also liked the privacy of the backyard/pool area.

Great Place to Rent

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at The Robin’s Nest. We made good use of the bicycles and beach equipment they have in the garage. The kitchen and dining area met all of our needs. The pool is small but clean and worked perfectly for the young kids and adults in our family.

Enjoyable family stay

We came for a short stay in St Augustine and the Robin's Nest was perfect for our family of 8 people. The house is clean and beautiful and very well appointed. While it is more than a few steps to the beach, it was fine, as we only wanted to spend one morning there and did other fun things the rest of the time. I would highly recommend Robin's Nest!

Family vacation

Great property. Short 5 minute walk but also close to one of the entrances to drive on the beach. House had everything we could want. The beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas were nice to have. The small pool was nice and loved the screened in porch!

Location was great. Had a good time. House was clean, but pool area was not at all and when the yard man came all the dirt went into the pool. Which is very small. Both toilets had a tendency to run after flushing.

Wonderful Family Time

We absolutely loved our stay at Robins Nest. There was plenty of room for our family of 7 to have a long overdue family vacation. It is a great location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and quick drive into St. Augustine town. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed, plenty of beach chairs, towels, appliances, pillows, blankets etc. It is so clean and beautifully decorated, I felt like I was living in a magazine.

Great stay

The property was exactly as listed online. Theres was a short walk to the beach and it was great and easy to access. The beach was beautiful, not crowded at all and lots of fun for the 4 kids under the age of 5. My only complaint was that the doors in the house didnt always close completely. But other than that, we were very pleased with out stay!

We loved the house, on a very quiet street. It was very spacious and comfortable for family of 8 A few too many breakable decor items though. We had two small grandkids with us and we had to constantly be sure nothing got broken Access to beach was short walk could not park by beach but short drive to beach access that allows you to drive on beach for $10 Grandkids loved the pool and would definitely stay again.

Blown Away By This Comfortable & Relaxing Beach House

We booked this vacation home pretty last minute, and were so pleasantly surprised by how wonderful our stay was. Our family felt very safe in the residential neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable and sheets and towels were (thankfully) provided. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more! We rented bikes but opened the garage to find three came with the house! And chalk, beach toys and more! The location was wonderful with a short walk to the beach and short drive to fun restaurants, activities and downtown. We will definitely stay here again!

WOW!!! Location, decoration and a great vacation!

House was suprisingly larger than what i thought. The house is so well decorated, elegant, friendly and what a warm feeling when you enter. I love that the house was well stocked, silverware, coffee cups, plates etc. Really appreciate it when they have laundry soap, dishwashing soap, baggies, foil and other thing we don't want to purchase on vacation. For the fee the houses should be well stocked. The pool was lovely, we didn't use because it was cold but in the summer would be great. The location was amazing, the beach was so close and so beautiful. Loved it and will suggest and did to people we met.

Beautiful and well appointed house.

There were 8 adults and one infant in our group. We really enjoyed our stay at “Robin’s Nest”. The house had everything possible needed to make our stay great. We loved the little pool and lanai. The beds were comfy and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. The decorating was very well done. There were plenty of beach items, chairs and even bikes and an electric grill. We didn’t use the bikes or the grill, but it was nice to know they were there. The only less than optimal thing was the a/c didn’t get that cool and the dishwasher was more of a sterilization unit than a dish cleaner. That having been said, we had a lovely time.

Beautiful & Amazing House

We rented this house for a family get together . The house is beautifully decorated , very spacious , very clean and it has all the things you need for your beach vacation . The Kitchen was equipped with everything and more then we expected . We walked to the beach and could drive to the historic district in 15 min. They have 2 grocery stores a few blocks away and great restaurants nearby we loved Saltwater Cowboy restaurant 5 min away , great seafood and amazing view of the sunset . The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We had an amazing time and everything about the house exceeded our expectations . Sunshine Realty has friendly staff that makes you feel at home . I highly recommend Robins Nest and Sunshine Realty .

Above and Beyond

The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and perfect for our family. Listing photos were accurate, check-in was easy, hardly anything required to do for check-out. Location was 5-minute walk from a beautiful uncrowded beach. Also very close to stores and restaurants. Most importantly, the host was amazing. The purpose for our trip was to visit my mother before she went on hospice. She ended up passing away toward the end our stay and we needed to extend an extra day to finalize preparations. I sent a message briefly explaining the situation to request an additional night and the host responded almost immediately, with sympathy and compassion. To say they were accommodating would be an understatement. For them to be so understanding and responsive at such a difficult time was a blessing and a comfort. I would definitely book with them again if I’m ever in the area and would recommend them and especially this property over and over again.
