Great find
It was wonderful for two people! The property is close to beach, downtown and the free public buses. The property was clean, well equipped and easy to navigate. Loved our stay, and look forward to a return trip. Cudos to VRBO owner!

Excellent place to stay
The Eliza is a wonderful place to stay in Nantucket. It’s just a perfect little home conveniently located. The bed is very soft but does collapse in the center. It didn’t really hinder my sleep thankfully. A higher quality bathroom tissue would have also been appreciated. Overall, I’d highly recommend this home.

A luxurious step back in time
My wife and I just crossed Nantucket off our bucket list, but we’d return tomorrow! This cottage is ideally located for quick access to restaurants, shops, and walking through Norman Rockwell neighborhoods. Top drawer appliances, fixtures, linens and furnishings complete a first-class experience. We really appreciated the little touches like coffee pods, soaps and shampoo, umbrella, and towels that we’ve rarely experienced with other owners. The bathroom with heated flooring and multi-head shower complete the lux feeling. Theresa was helpful, kind, and quick to respond to questions. We’d return tomorrow if we could! Highly recommend!

Clean, cute and great location. Had a hiccup in check in. Did not receive the code and owner was on a flight. Did call the VRBO support and they were great. Got us connected but hours later after checking into a hotel for the evening. Needed to get ready for wedding events. Owner was great in responding and credited first night. All in would stay again.

Gorgeous cottage!!!
My husband and I stayed over the weekend and the Eliza cottage was perfect. Spacious, clean, and the great spot to stay in Nantucket. Very easy walk into town and close to restaurants and stores. Theresa was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Awesome!
The cottage is in a great location! We walked 40 yards to the harbor and took pictures of the sun coming up. Easy to get to historice downtown...just a few blocks. Everything inside was great! My wife loved it! We also appreciated the visitor information left for us. My wife attended a book signing by Elin Hilderbrand by reading the upcoming events. Her books are what brought us to experience this awesome island. Thank you!

Wonderful stay at the Eliza Cottage
We loved our stay at the Eliza Cottage. The location is very close town. The cottage is beautifully decorated and is fully equipped with everything you would need. We will definitely come back to Nantucket and hope to stay here again.

The location is ideal for our needs. We rent a jeep for the week in order to tour the remote beaches on the island, and we appreciate the ample parking. Being on the edge of town we are able to walk our favorite restaurants, The cottage is the lovely and just the right size for the two of us.

Lovely Property
We spent two nights at Eliza Cottage while visiting our granddaughter who was working there for the summer. It is just a perfect little cottage, convenient to shopping and restaurants and everything needed is available. Very comfortable bed and sofa. The owner is prompt in responding to messages and helpful in every way. Would definitely stay here again!

Quintessentially Nantucket
Perhaps one of the best VRBO stays we’ve ever stayed at. The home was truly immaculate. Clean and well appointed. The perfect spot for our little family. Our son loved waking up in the morning and going across the street to the playground. We enjoyed the proximity to the town center. Communication and check in was seamless. Beautiful cottage steps from Resorts and Ferries! Had a fabulous stay with family to celebrate a birthday. Updated appliances and lush linens. Only issue was that pull out bed was uncomfortable and needed a mattress topper. Otherwise was fantastic!

Eliza Cottage was perfect!
A beautiful cottage, decorated perfectly and very comfortable… great to wake up each morning in this lovely, cheery place. We did our sight-seeing and shopping each day as we were conveniently very close to town (central Nantucket)… and then enjoyed going back to our “oasis” of the Eliza cottage. Very clean, everything worked perfectly, great beds, showers and kitchen. The Eliza cottage exceeded our expectations!
